Claims (5)
- 건전지 대용 무선배터리팩 장치에 있어서,
하나 이상으로 작동체 건전지수납부(2)에 실장되는 규격 원통형 건전지들의 합체 사이즈와 동일한 크기를 가진 한 몸체로서 건전지 대용으로 사용되며 재충전가능한 무선배터리팩(10)을 구비하되,
무선배터리팩(10)은,
바닥면이 다수 원통형 건전지의 배열 굴곡부에 맞는 굴곡형상을 가지며, 일측 외면에 작동체 건전지수납부(2)에 형성된 다수 전극부들중 각 하나의 (+)(-)전극부(3)에 대응 접촉되는 호환성의 (+)(-)건전지전극단자(4)를 구비하고, 타측 외면에 휴대단말배터리용 충전거치대에 거치되어서 충전가능하도록 하는 휴대단말배터리 충전단자부(4)를 구비하며,
무선배터리팩(10)의 내부에는 휴대단말배터리 충전단자부(4)와 연결된 리튬이온전지나 리튬폴리머전지(12)중의 하나가 내장되고 원격제어 및 배터리전원제어용 회로부(30)가 탑재된 인쇄회로기판(14)이 내장되게 구성하며;
무선배터리팩(10)에 내장된 원격제어 및 배터리전원제어용 회로부(30)는;
리튬이온전지나 리튬폴리머전지(12)의 배터리출력전압을 건전지수납부(2)에 실장되는 원통형 건전지들의 출력전압에 부합하는 건전지용 정전압 상태로 승압하는 승압부(32)와,
원격제어기기(42)와의 무선인터페이스를 위한 원격제어기기용 무선인터페이스부(36)와,
원격제어기용 무선인터페이스부(36)를 통한 원격제어기기(42)의 무선 원격제어명령 수신에 따른 제어를 수행하며, 원격제어기기(42)로부터의 이중잠금요청 유무에 따라 승압부(32)를 비활성화/활성화하여 무선배터리팩(10)의 건전지용 (+)(-)전극단자(4)에 대한 파워 오프/온이 이루어지게 제어하는 제어부(34)를 포함하여 구성하며,
상기 승압부(32)는,
충전지인 리튬이온전지나 리튬폴리머전지(12)로부터의 배터리 출력전압을 3V~28V의 승압가능 출력범위 내에서 건전지용 출력값에 맞게 승압하되 제어부(34)의 파워 온/오프 제어에 따라 활성화/비활성화 되는 인에이블단자(EN)을 구비한 스텝업 DC/DC 컨버터(50)와,
스텝업 DC/DC 컨버터(50)의 출력전압이 건전지수납부(2)에 실장된 원통형 건전지들의 출력전압에 부합하는 건전지용 정전압 상태가 되도록 다수의 전압레벨 중의 하나의 전압레벨값으로 선택되게 하는 전압레벨 선택부(52)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 건전지 대용 무선배터리팩 장치. - 삭제
