Claims (10)
- 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스로서,
제 1 프로세스 단계에서, 상기 탄소질 고형물들은 가스화부에서 CO 및 H2 로 적어도 부분적으로 전환되고,
제 2 프로세스 단계에서, 물 함유 액체 스트림은 가스 스트림으로부터 분리되고,
제 3 프로세스 단계에서 상기 물 함유 액체 스트림은 정수부를 거치고,
상기 정수부에서 상기 물 함유 액체 스트림은 상이한 순도를 갖는 세개의 스트림들로 분리되고,
가장 높은 순도를 갖는 물의 제 1 스트림은 스팀 발생부에 공급되고,
중간 순도를 갖는 물의 제 2 스트림은 고형물들 슬러링 (slurrying) 에 공급되고, 상기 고형물들 슬러링은 고형물들 가스화부로부터 애쉬를 외부로 플러싱하고, 및
가장 낮은 순도를 갖는 물의 제 3 스트림은 상기 고형물들 가스화부 내로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 중간 순도를 갖는 물의 제 2 스트림 및 상기 가장 낮은 순도를 갖는 물의 제 3 스트림은 혼합되고 상기 고형물들 가스화부 내로 함께 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
제 1 단계에서 상기 가장 낮은 순도를 갖는 물의 제 3 스트림은 디캔팅에 의해 분리되고,
제 2 단계에서 상기 가장 높은 순도를 갖는 물의 제 1 스트림 및 상기 중간 순도를 갖는 물의 제 2 스트림은 역삼투 프로세스에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 스팀 발생부에 의해 발생된 상기 스팀은 스팀을 상기 가스화 프로세스에 공급하기 위해 및/또는 전기 에너지를 발생시키기 위해 사용되는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 가장 높은 순도를 갖는 물의 제 1 스트림, 및/또는 상기 중간 순도를 갖는 물의 제 2 스트림은 재순환되기 전에 추가의 정제를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 탄소질 고형물들의 상기 가스화는 고정층에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 가장 낮은 순도를 갖는 물의 제 3 스트림은 상기 고정층 위에서 상기 고형물들 가스화부 내로 분무되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 프로세스. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 프로세스를 수행하기 위한 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 플랜트로서,
상기 탄소질 고형물들이 CO 및 H2 로 적어도 부분적으로 전환되는 가스화 반응기 (10) 와,
상기 가스화에 의해 얻어진 생 합성 가스로부터 물 함유 액체 스트림이 분리되는 분리 디바이스 (20) 및
상기 물 함유 액체 스트림이 정제되는 정수 디바이스 (30) 를 갖고,
상기 정수 디바이스 (30) 는 상기 물 함유 액체 스트림이 상이한 순도를 갖는 세개의 스트림들로 분리되고, 상기 정수 디바이스 (30) 는, 도관 (31) 을 통해 스팀 발생부와 연결되고, 및/또는 도관 (37) 을 통해 고형물들 슬러링과 연결되거나 또는 슬러리 입구를 위한 도관을 통해 상기 반응기 (10) 내로 연결되고, 및/또는 도관 (36) 을 통해 상기 가스화 반응기 (10) 와 연결되고, 상기 고형물들 슬러링은 고형물들 가스화부로부터 애쉬를 외부로 플러싱하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물들의 가스화를 위한 플랜트. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 분리 디바이스 (20) 는 응축기 또는 액적 세퍼레이터인 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소질 고형물의 가스화를 위한 플랜트.
