도 2는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 생체신호 측정부와 동작정보 측정부의 예시도.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 운전자에게 측정되는 생체신호를 이용한 뇌졸중의 발생 또는 뇌졸중의 예측의 순서도.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 운전자의 동작정보를 이용한 뇌졸중의 발생을 판단하는 순서도.

Claims (11)
- 운전 중인 운전자의 뇌파를 포함하는 생체신호를 측정하는 생체신호 측정부;
차량내부에 설치되거나 운전자에게 부착 또는 착용되어 안구 또는 안면을 포함하는 운전자의 동작정보를 측정하는 동작정보 측정부;
상기 생체신호 측정부 및 동작정보 측정부에서 각각 측정된 운전자의 생체신호 및 동작정보를 전송받아 운전자의 뇌졸중 발생여부를 판단하거나 뇌졸중 발생을 예측하는 뇌졸중 판단부; 및
상기 뇌졸중 판단부에서 뇌졸중이 발생했다고 판단하거나 뇌졸중의 발생이 예측되었을 경우 경보음을 출력하거나 지정된 곳에 경고 메시지를 출력하는 알림부;
를 포함하되,
상기 동작정보 측정부는 차량 내부에 설치되어 운전자를 촬영하는 촬영부를 포함하고,
상기 뇌졸중 판단부는 운전자가 정상상태로 운전할 때, 상기 촬영부를 통해 운전자가 위치하는 영역을 소정시간동안 중첩시켜 정상위치영역을 설정한 후, 상기 촬영부에서 실시간으로 촬영된 영상데이터의 픽셀과 상기 정상위치영역의 픽셀이 서로 겹쳐지는 정도인 중첩률을 계산하고, 상기 중첩률의 정도에 따라 운전자의 뇌졸중 발생여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생체신호 측정부는
운전자에 착용되거나 부착되어 사용자의 뇌파를 포함하는 생체신호를 측정하거나, 차량내부에 설치되어 사용자의 생체신호를 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체신호 측정부에서 측정된 정보와 운전자의 건강정보가 저장되는 데이터베이스를 더 포함하고,
상기 뇌졸중 판단부는 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보를 근거로 운전 중인 운전자의 생체신호의 기준범위를 결정하고, 상기 생체신호 측정부에서 측정되는 생체신호와 상기 기준범위를 비교 분석하여 운전자의 뇌졸중 발생여부를 판단하거나 뇌졸중 발생을 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 뇌졸중 판단부에서 뇌졸중의 발생 또는 예측된 이력을 저장하는 뇌졸중 이력 저장부를 더 포함하며,
상기 뇌졸중 판단부는 상기 뇌졸중 이력 저장부에 저장된 뇌졸중 발생 또는 예측 이력과 상기 데이터베이스에 기저장된 운전자의 건강정보를 근거로 상기 기준범위를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 뇌졸중 판단부에서 운전자가 뇌졸중이 발생했다고 판단했을 경우, 자동차를 정지시키는 제어부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제어부는
상기 뇌졸중 판단부에서 운전자가 뇌졸중이 발생했다고 판단했을 경우, 비상등을 점멸하고, 자동차를 일정하게 감속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 운전자의 건강 정보는
건강검진 이력, 건강검진 정보 또는 상기 생체신호 측정부에서 측정된 운전자의 생체신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알림부는
상기 뇌졸중 판단부에서 뇌졸중의 발생했다고 판단하거나 뇌졸중의 발생이 예측되었을 때, 경보음을 출력하여 운전자 또는 주변 사람들에게 알리거나, 가족, 보호자 또는 응급의료센터를 포함하는 미리 지정된 곳에 미리 정해진 신호를 송신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 생체신호 측정부에서 측정되는 생체신호를 분석하여 운전자의 심리상태를 파악한 후 상기 데이터베이스에 저장하는 심리분석부를 더 포함하며,
상기 뇌졸중 판단부는 상기 심리분석부에 저장된 운전자의 심리정보를 활용하여 뇌졸중 발생여부를 판단하거나 예측하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체신호 측정부, 동작정보 측정부, 뇌졸중 판단부 및 알림부는 각각 통신수단을 포함하고, 통신망을 통해 상호 통신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운전 중 뇌졸중 모니터링 시스템.
