Claims (4)
- 케이스(100) 내부에 수납되는 휴대용 산소발생 시스템에 있어서,
흡입펌프(111)를 통해 외부의 공기를 흡입 및 가압 토출하되, 흡입되는 공기를 여과하는 흡입필터(112)와, 다수의 판형의 흡음재가 간격을 두고 지그재그의 공기통로를 형성하는 구조로 이루어져 상기 흡입펌프(111)의 소음을 감쇄시키는 흡입소음기(113)가 설치된 흡기부(110);
상기 흡기부(110)에서 토출된 공기 중의 질소를 흡착하는 제올라이트가 충진되되, 상측으로 질소가 제거된 고농도의 산소를 배출하도록 제1밸브(122)를 구비한 산소배출구(121)와, 하측으로 상기 제올라이트를 통해 흡착 분리된 질소를 배출하도록 제2밸브(124)를 구비한 질소배출구(123)와, 다수의 판형의 흡음재가 간격을 두고 지그재그의 공기통로를 형성하는 구조로 이루어져 질소배출에 따른 소음을 감쇄시키는 배출소음기(125)가 설치된 흡수부(120);
중공사막필터로 이루어져 상기 산소배출구(121)에서 배출되는 산소를 투과시키며 순도를 향상시키는 정제부(130);
상기 흡기부(110)로 흡입되는 공기와 상기 산소배출구(121)를 통해 배출되는 공기의 산소농도를 각각 측정하는 산소센서(141)와, 온도 및 습도를 측정하는 온습도센서(142)와, 상기 흡수부(120) 내부의 질소압력 및 농도를 측정하는 질소센서(143)를 구비한 센서부(140);
외부전원을 통해 충전 가능한 배터리(151)와, 외부전원공급과 함께 상기 배터리(151) 충전하거나 상기 배터리(151)를 통한 전원 공급이 이루어지도록 선택받는 전환부(152)와, 상기 배터리(151)의 전원 잔량을 측정하는 전원측정부(153)와, 상기 흡입펌프(111)의 구동에 따른 전력소모 속도 및 상기 배터리(151)의 전원공급 가능시간 및 산소생산 가능량을 계산하는 산출부(154)와, 계산된 전원공급 가능시간을 고려하여 산소생산 가능량이 최대가 될 수 있도록 상기 흡입펌프(111)와 제2밸브(124)를 제어관리 하는 전원관리부(155)와, 배터리(151)의 잔량과 사용 가능시간을 사용자에게 인지시키는 알림부(156)를 구비하는 전원부(150);
상기 흡기부(110)로 흡입되는 공기의 산소농도에 따른 상기 흡입펌프(111)의 구동정보와 제2밸브(124)의 개폐정보가 저장된 제1저장부(161)와, 상기 흡기부(110)로 흡입되는 공기의 산소농도와 흡기펌프(111) 구동시간 및 상기 산소배출구(121)로 배출되는 산소발생량과 소모전력량을 시간 흐름에 따라 저장하는 제2저장부(162)와, 상기 제2저장부(162)에 저장된 데이터를 분석하여 소모전력량 대비 산소발생량이 가장 높은 흡기펌프(111)의 구동정보 및 제1밸브(122) 및 제2밸브(124)의 개폐정보를 산출하여 상기 제1저장부(161)를 갱신하는 최적화부(163)를 구비하며, 상기 전원부(150)로부터 전원을 공급받고 상기 센서부(140)를 통해 측정된 산소농도와 상기 구동정보 및 개폐정보를 반영하여 흡입펌프(111)와 제1밸브(122) 및 제2밸브(124)를 제어하는 제어부(160); 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 고순도 산소발생 시스템. - 삭제
