Claims (7)
- (A) 에틸렌과 임의로는 1종 이상의 α-올레핀을 하나 이상의 반응기 중에서 반-결정성 에틸렌계 중합체를 생성하는 촉매의 존재하에 중합시키는 단계로서, 상기 촉매는 유기금속 촉매를 포함함으로써 상기 하나 이상의 반응기에서 에틸렌계 중합체 조성물을 생성하는, 하기 화학식에 상응하는 다가 아릴옥시에테르의 금속 착체이며; 단계 (A)는 5 내지 20 mmol/m3의 트리에틸알루미늄의 존재하에 수행되고; 단계 (A)는 (i) 0:1 초과 내지 65:1의 트리에틸알루미늄 대 촉매 몰비; 및 (ii) 0.1:1 내지 5:1의 트리에틸알루미늄 대 개질 메틸알루목산 몰비를 만족시키는 조건하에 수행되는 단계를 포함하는 중합 방법.

M3는 Ti, Hf 또는 Zr이고;
Ar4는 각 경우에 독립적으로 치환된 C9-20 아릴 기로서, 치환기는 각 경우에 독립적으로 알킬, 시클로알킬 및 아릴 기, 및 그들의 할로-, 트리히드로카르빌실릴- 및 할로히드로카르빌-치환된 유도체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 단, 적어도 하나의 치환기는 그것이 결합되어 있는 아릴 기와 동일 평면 상에 있지 않으며;

R3는 각 경우에 독립적으로 수소, 할로, 수소를 제외한 원자수가 50 이하인 히드로카르빌, 트리히드로카르빌실릴, 트리히드로카르빌실릴히드로카르빌, 알콕시 또는 아미노 기이거나;
동일한 아릴렌 고리 상의 두 개의 R3 기 또는 동일하거나 상이한 아릴렌 고리 상의 R3 및 R21 기가 함께 아렐렌 기의 2개의 위치에 결합된 2가 리간드 기를 형성하거나, 두 개의 다른 아릴렌 고리를 함께 연결시키며;
RD는 각 경우에 독립적으로 할로 또는 수소를 제외한 원자수가 20 이하인 히드로카르빌 또는 트리히드로카르빌실릴 기이거나, 두 개의 RD 기가 함께 히드로카르빌렌, 히드로카르바디일, 디엔 또는 폴리(히드로카르빌)실릴렌 기이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 트리에틸알루미늄 대 개질 메틸알루목산의 몰비가 1:1 내지 2:1인 중합 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (A)가 비스(수소화 탤로우 알킬)메틸, 테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐)보레이트(1-)아민의 존재하에 수행되고, 비스(수소화 탤로우 알킬)메틸, 테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐)보레이트(1-)아민 대 다가 아릴옥시에테르의 금속 착체의 몰비가 0.1 내지 10인 중합 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 (A)가 하나의 중합 반응기 중에서 수행되는 것인 중합 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합 공정이 제1 중합 반응기 및 제2 중합 반응기를 사용하고, 단계 (A)가 제2 중합 반응기 중에서 새로 공급된 에틸렌의 존재하에 수행되며, 추가로 (B) 에틸렌과 임의로는 1종 이상의 α-올레핀을 제1 중합 반응기 중에서 반-결정성 에틸렌계 중합체를 생성하는 제2 촉매의 존재하에 중합시키는 것을 포함하는 것인 중합 방법.
