상기 약제는 자가 면역 질환, 염증성 질환, 전신성 염증 반응 증후군, 안 질환, 국소빈혈/재관류 손상, 지연 이식 기능, 이식 거부, 심혈관계 질환, 호흡기 질환, 급성 반응, 전염병, 신경 질환, 신경퇴행성 질환, 섬유증 질환, 혈액 질환, 대사 질환, 종양 및 생체재료에 의한 보체 활성화와 관련된 임상 합병증의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 것인, 약제 제조용 조성물.
- 제 24 항에 있어서,
상기 전신성 염증 반응 증후군은 패혈증 및 정신적 외상 또는 중화상의 이차 손상으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 질환인, 약제 제조용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 L-핵산 분자 및 C5a를 포함하는 복합체로, 상기 복합체는 결정성 복합체(crystalline complex)인, 복합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 L-핵산 분자를 포함하는, C5a 검출용 조성물.
- C5a에 의해 매개되는 활성의 길항제의 스크리닝을 위한 방법으로,
C5a에 의해 매개되는 활성의 후보 길항제를 제공하는 단계;
제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자를 제공하는 단계;
C5a에 의해 매개되는 활성의 길항제의 존재 하에 신호를 제공하는 테스트 시스템을 제공하는 단계; 및
C5a에 의해 매개되는 활성의 상기 후보 길항제가 C5a에 의해 매개되는 활성의 길항제인지 여부를 결정하는 단계;를 포함하는, 방법.
- C5a의 검출을 위한 키트로,
제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 L-핵산 분자; 및 지시 리플릿 또는 반응 용기;를 포함하는, 키트.
- 샘플에서 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산의 검출을 위한 방법으로,
a) 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자의 제 1 부분에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 상보적인 캡처 프로브 및 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자의 제 2 부분에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 상보적인 검출 프로브; 또는 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자의 제 2 부분에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 상보적인 캡처 프로브 및 제 1 항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자의 제 1 부분에 대해 적어도 부분적으로 상보적인 검출 프로브를 제공하는 단계;
b) 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자를 포함하거나, 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자를 포함하는 것으로 추정되는 샘플에 상기 캡처 프로브 및 상기 검출 프로브를 별도로 또는 함께 첨가하는 단계;
c) 상기 캡처 프로브 및 상기 검출 프로브가 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 L-핵산 분자 또는 이의 일부와 동시에 또는 임의의 순서로 순차적으로 반응하도록 하는 단계;
d) 상기 캡처 프로브가 단계 a)에서 제공된 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 상기 L-핵산 분자에 혼성화되는지 여부를 검출하는 단계; 및
e) 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 상기 L-핵산 분자, 상기 캡처 프로브 및 상기 검출 프로브로 구성되는, 단계 c)에서 형성된 복합체를 검출하는 단계;를 포함하는, 방법. - 삭제
