Abstract
Description
실시양태들은 첨부 도면 및 첨부된 청구범위와 함께 다음 상세한 설명에 의해 쉽게 이해될 것이다. 첨부 도면의 도면에서는 실시양태를 제한으로서가 아니라 예로서 예시한다.
도 1a 및 1b는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 방수 직물의 2개의 예, 즉, 베이스 직물 및 그의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 소수성 방수 배리어를 갖는 방수 직물 (도 1a) 및 베이스 직물, 그의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 소수성 방수 배리어 및 소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 내마모성 코팅 또는 층을 갖는 방수 직물 (도 1b)의 단면도를 도시한다.
도 2의 2a-2c는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 도 1a에 도시된 방수 직물의 작용 메카니즘 (예를 들어, 도 2의 2a) 및 통상적인 방수 직물의 2개의 예의 작용 메카니즘 (도 2의 2b 및 2c)을 나타내는 3개의 방수 직물의 단면도를 도시한다.
도 3a-3c는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 베이스 직물 및 그의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 소수성 방수 배리어, 및 소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면 상의 내구성 발수제 (DWR) 코팅을 갖는 실시양태 (도 3a), 베이스 직물 및 그의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 소수성 방수 배리어, 소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 내마모성 코팅 또는 층, 및 내마모성 코팅 또는 층에 커플링된 DWR 작용제를 갖는 실시양태 (도 3b), 및 베이스 직물 및 그의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 소수성 방수 배리어, 소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면 상의 DWR 작용제, 및 DWR 작용제에 커플링된 내마모성 코팅 또는 층을 갖는 실시양태 (도 3c)를 포함하는 방수 직물의 3개의 예의 단면도를 도시한다.
도 4의 4a-4c는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 도 3a에 도시된 방수 직물의 작용 메카니즘 (예를 들어 도 4의 4a) 및 통상적인 방수 직물의 2개의 예의 작용 메카니즘(4b 및 4c)을 나타내는 3개의 방수 직물의 단면도를 도시한다.
도 5는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 베이스 직물 및 그의 외측-대면 표면에 커플링된 제1 소수성 방수 배리어, 및 베이스 직물의 신체-대면 표면에 커플링된 제2 소수성 방수 배리어를 갖는 방수 직물의 예의 단면도를 도시한다.
도 6의 6a-6c는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 도 5에 도시된 방수 직물의 작용 메카니즘 (예를 들어 도 6의 6a) 및 통상적인 방수 직물의 2개의 예의 작용 메카니즘 (도 6의 6b 및 6c)을 나타내는 3개의 방수 직물의 단면도를 도시한다.
도 7a-7c는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 베이스 직물, 플리스 또는 소프트 쉘 직물, 및 DWR 작용제를 가지고 이음매가 베이스 직물의 외측-대면 표면에 적용된 방수 테이프로 밀봉된 것인 실시양태 (도 7a), 신체-대면 표면에 커플링된 방수 배리어를 갖는 베이스 직물을 가지고, 플리스 또는 소프트 쉘 층을 스카이빙(skiving)하고 방수 테이프를 방수 배리어의 신체-대면 표면에 적용함으로써 이음매가 방수처리된 실시양태 (도 7b), 및 방수 배리어가 플리스 또는 소프트 쉘 층의 외측-대면 표면에 직접 커플링되고, 방수 멤브레인의 외측-대면 표면에 방수 테이프를 결합함으로써 이음매가 방수처리된 실시양태 (도 7c)를 포함하는 방수처리된 이음매를 갖는 방수 소프트 쉘 또는 플리스 직물의 3개의 예를 도시한다.
도 8a 및 8b는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 외부측 베이스 직물 및 내부측 라이닝 직물과 경계가 접하는 절연층, 외부측 베이스 직물의 신체 대면 표면에 결합된 방수 배리어, DWR 코팅 또는 층, 및 외부측 베이스 직물의 외측 대면 표면에 결합된 방수 테이프로 방수처리된 이음매를 갖는 실시양태 (도 8a), 및 외부측 베이스 직물 및 내부측 라이닝 직물과 경계를 접하는 절연층, 외부측 베이스 직물의 외측-대면 표면에 결합된 방수 배리어, 및 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면에 결합된 방수 테이프로 방수처리된 이음매를 갖는 실시양태 (도 8b)를 포함하는 방수 절연된 물질의 2개의 예를 도시한다.
도 9a-9c는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 본원에 개시된 방수 직물의 실시양태와 비교하여 다양한 상업적으로 입수가능한 방수 직물의 수증기 투과율을 도시한 그래프 (도 9a), 상업적으로 입수가능한 직물과 비교한 도 9a의 방수 직물이 수증기를 투과시키는 백분율을 도시한 그래프 (도 9b), 및 조합된 형태로 제시된 도 9a 및 9b에 나타낸 데이터를 도시한 그래프 (도 9c)이다.
도 10a-10c는 다양한 실시양태에 따라서 본원에 서술된 방수 직물의 한 실시양태의 시험 결과를 도시한다.
Claims (20)
- 신체-대면 표면 및 외측-대면 표면을 갖는 베이스 직물;
베이스 직물의 외측-대면 표면 상에 배치된 소수성 방수 배리어;
베이스 직물 및 소수성 방수 배리어 둘 다의 전체 두께를 통해 진행되는 이음매;
소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면 상의 불연속적인 내마모성 코팅; 및
소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면에 결합되고, 물 유입에 대하여 이음매를 밀봉하도록 배향된 방수 테이프
를 포함하는 방수 직물. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 방수 테이프가 내마모성 코팅 상에 적용되고, 방수 테이프가 내마모성 코팅 및 소수성 방수 배리어 둘 다에 결합하는 것인 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내마모성 코팅이 방수 직물의 표면적의 15-50%를 덮는 것인 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 방수 배리어가 착색된 것인 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내마모성 코팅이 사용자에게 보이는 것인 방수 직물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 내마모성 코팅이 착색된 것인 방수 직물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 내마모성 코팅이 사용자에 의해 지각될 수 있는 텍스처를 생성하는 것인 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면 상에 배치된 내구성 발수제(DWR) 작용제를 추가로 포함하는 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내마모성 코팅의 외측-대면 표면 상에 배치된 내구성 발수제(DWR) 작용제를 추가로 포함하는 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 방수 배리어가 플라스틱 중합체, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리에스테르, 및/또는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내마모성 코팅이 고분자량 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 것인 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베이스 직물이 흡상 직물인 방수 직물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 방수 배리어가 베이스 직물의 외측-대면 표면 상에 코팅된 것인 방수 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 방수 배리어가 베이스 직물의 외측-대면 표면 상에 적층된 것인 방수 직물.
- 신체-대면 표면 및 외측-대면 표면을 갖는 베이스 직물을 제공하는 단계;
베이스 직물의 외측-대면 표면 상에 소수성 방수 배리어를 배치함으로써 방수 직물을 형성하는 단계;
2 피스의 방수 직물 사이에 이음매를 생성하는 것을 포함하는, 방수 직물로 물품을 형성하는 단계;
소수성 방수 배리어의 외측-대면 표면에 내마모성 코팅을 배치하는 단계로서, 여기서 내마모성 코팅은 불연속적이고 방수 직물의 표면적의 15 - 50%를 덮는 단계;
