Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 고도산화처리 해수순환여과시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 생물여과조의 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 구체예에 따른 고도산화처리 해수순환여과시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 다른 구체예에 따른 고도산화처리 해수순환여과시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 개념도이다.
도 6 (a)는 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 드럼스크린장치의 정면도를 나타낸 것이며, 도 6 (b)는 드럼스크린장치의 측면단면도를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 원수조;
상기 원수조로부터 유입된 원수를 과산화수소(H2O2) 및 오존(O3)을 투입하여 고도산화처리(AOP, Advanced Oxidation Process)하는 살균조;
상기 살균조에 의하여 처리된 1차 처리수에 차아염소산나트륨(NaOCl) 또는 하이포아브롬산나트륨(NaOBr)을 투입하여 잔류 과산화수소(H2O2)를 제거하는 중화조;
상기 중화조에서 처리된 2차 처리수 내 질소화합물을 제거하는 생물여과조; 및
상기 생물여과조에서 유출된 최종 처리수를 순환펌프를 통하여 상기 원수조로 재공급하는 순환루프를 형성하는 배관라인을 포함하고,
상기 중화조에는 용존오존부상(DOF, dissolved ozone floatation)방식의 가압부상장치가 구비되며,
상기 가압부상장치는 오존 가스를 공급하는 오존발생기, 상기 중화조 하부에서 분사노즐을 통하여 오존 가스를 분사시키는 분사노즐부, 상기 중화조 상부로 부상된 스컴을 분리하는 부상분리부, 및 분리된 스컴을 수집하는 스컴 수집부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고도산화처리 해수순환여과시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 오존 가스는 2.4mg/L 내지 2.7mg/L의 농도 범위로 상기 가압부상장치에 주입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고도산화처리 해수순환여과시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 고도산화처리 해수순환여과시스템을 이용하는 해수순환여과방법.
