- 하우징(H)과;
온수 공급라인이 연결되어 온수가 유입되도록 상기 하우징 상면에 노출되는 온수공급부가 형성되고, 온수 공급을 제어하는 솔레노이드밸브(45)가 구비된 온수공급관(40)과;
온수 환수라인이 연결되도록, 상기 하우징(H) 상면에 노출되는 온수환수부(30A)가 형성된 온수환수관(30)과;
세대 내의 난방배관의 난방수 환수라인이 연결되어 세대 내의 난방수가 유입되도록, 상기 하우징(H) 상면에 노출되는 난방수환수부(10A)가 형성되며, 유입된 난방수를 펌핑하는 펌프(16)가 구비된 난방수환수관(10)과;
세대 내의 난방배관의 난방수 공급라인이 연결되도록 상기 하우징 상면에 노출되는 난방수공급부(20A)가 형성된 난방수공급관(20)과;
상기 온수공급관(40)을 통해 유입된 온수와, 상기 난방수환수관(10)을 통해 유입된 난방수가 각각 유입되어, 온수의 열을 통해 난방수를 가열하여 배출하는 열교환기(60)와;
상기 온수공급관(40)과 난방수환수관(10)을 상호 연통시키도록 구비되되, 내부에 체크밸브(51)가 구비되는 것으로서, 세대 내의 난방수가 부족한 경우, 상기 체크밸브(51)가 열려 상기 온수공급관(40)을 통해 유입되는 온수를 상기 난방수환수관(10)을 통해 난방배관으로 공급하는 물보충관(50);를 포함하여 이루어져,
공동주택 내의 각 세대에 설치하여, 상기 열교환기(60)를 통해 온수를 이용하여 난방수를 가열한 후 세대 내로 순환시키도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기가 구비되는 지역난방용 배관모듈에 있어서,
상기 난방수환수관(10)에는
상기 난방수환수부(10A)와 펌프(16) 사이에 구비되어, 세대 내의 난방배관 압력이 기 설정된 값보다 낮아지면 상기 펌프(16)의 작동을 중단시키는 압력스위치(111)가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하며;
상기 난방수환수관(10)을 구성하는 제1-3관(13)과 제1-4관(14) 사이에 구비되되, 상기 온수공급관(40)을 구성하는 제4-3관(43) 상부에서 연장되는 고압분사관(70)과 연통되는 삼방밸브(17)를 더 구비하며, 상기 난방수공급관(20)의 일단에는 드레인밸브(DV)를 더 구비함으로써,
평상 시에는 상기 제1-3관(13)과 제1-4관(14)을 연통시켜 환수된 난방수를 열교환기(60)로 공급하고, 선택적으로 상기 삼방밸브(17) 조작에 의해 상기 고압분사관(70)과 제1-4관(14)을 연결함으로서, 상기 제1-4관(14)을 통해 온수공급관(40)으로 유입된 온수를 상기 열교환기(60) 내부의 2차측 배관을 청소하는 것을 특징으로 하며;
상기 온수공급관(40)과 연통되는 수격방지기(W)를 더 구비하여, 상기 솔레노이드밸브(45) 또는 체크밸브 또는 이들 모두가 열리거나 닫힐 때 일어나는 워터해머 현상을 방지하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기가 구비되는 지역난방용 배관모듈. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 난방수환수부(10A), 난방수공급부(20A), 온수환수부(30A) 및 온수공급부(40A)는 상기 하우징(H)의 상면 후방에 나란하게 배열되되,
상기 열교환기(60) 일측면 상부 전방과 후방에는 상기 난방수환수관(10)과 온수환수관(30)이 각각 연결되는 제1 및 제2연결부(61)(62)가 구비되고, 상기 열교환기(60) 일측면 하부 전방과 후방에는 상기 온수공급관(40)과 난방수공급관(20)이 각각 연결되는 제3 및 제4연결부(63)(64)가 구비되어,
상기 난방수환수관(10)과 온수공급관(40)은 각각 하우징(H) 전방을 향하여 수평방향으로 절곡되도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기가 구비되는 지역난방용 배관모듈.
