이에 따라, 식품 제조에 있어서 기본적인 식자재의 성형은 물론 수반되는 플라스틱 등의 부자재도 성형할 수 있으므로 경제적 부담을 경감하는 동시에 작업 편의성을 향상하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)
- 복합 소재를 성형하기 위한 3D 프린팅 장치에 있어서:
베이스(11) 상에 수직대(12)와 수평대(13)를 개재하여 장착되어 3축운동을 유발하는 가동대(15);
상기 가동대(15) 상에 선택적으로 장착되고, 원료통(21)의 식품 소재를 압출하는 제1압출기(20);
상기 가동대(15) 상에 선택적으로 장착되고, 원료릴(31)의 수지 소재를 압출하는 제2압출기(30); 및
상기 제1압출기(20)와 제2압출기(30) 중 적어도 하나를 가동대(15) 상에 지지하는 거치대(40);를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 제1압출기(20)는 직접주사 방식의 제1헤드(25)를 기반으로 살균기를 더 구비하고, 상기 제2압출기(30)는 압축적층(FDM) 방식의 제2헤드(35)를 적용하고,
상기 수직대(12)는 대기중인 제2압출기(30)의 지지를 위한 지지대(33)를 구비하고, 상기 수평대(13)는 원료릴(31)과 송급기(32)를 지지하며,
상기 거치대(40)는 캡톤 테이프(Capton tape) 또는 열전소자 방식으로 형성된 온도조절기(42), 규격이 다른 부분의 파지가 가능하도록 형성되는 클램프(44)를 구비하고,
상기 거치대(40)는 제1압출기(20)와 제2압출기(30)를 복수로 탑재하고 수동 또는 전동으로 위치변동 가능한 회전연결대(46)를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합소재 성형용 3D 프린팅 장치. - 삭제
