Claims (25)
- 설하 투여를 위해 제제화된 단위 제형의 약제학적 조성물이며,
상기 단위 제형은 (i) 2 내지 60 mg의 아포모르핀의 산부가염 및 (ii) 10 ± 2% 내지 50 ± 5% (w/w)의 pH 중화제를 포함하는 필름이며,
상기 pH 중화제는 무기 옥사이드 및 무기 하이드록사이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 무기 염기이고,
상기 필름은 상기 무기염기를 포함하는 입자를 포함하는 것인,
약제학적 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 15 ± 5% 내지 50 ± 5% (w/w)의 상기 pH 중화제를 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 10 ± 2% 내지 25 ± 5% (w/w)의 상기 pH 중화제를 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 30 ± 5% 내지 65 ± 5%의 상기 아포모르핀의 산부가염을 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 3 내지 12% (w/w)의 가소제를 더 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 폴리올, 올레산 또는 트리아세틴인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 소르비톨, 만니톨, 말티톨, 자일리톨, 글리세롤, 프로필렌 글리콜 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리올인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 1 내지 50% (w/w)의 가수분해된 녹말을 더 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해된 녹말이 덱스트린 또는 말토덱스트린인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 항산화제를 더 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 0.05 내지 2.5% (w/w)의 메타중아황산을 더 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 0.2 내지 5% (w/w)의 투과 강화제를 더 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 0.2 내지 5% (w/w)의 글리세롤 모노스테아레이트를 더 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스 또는 메틸 셀룰로오스를 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 4 ± 1 mg의 아포모르핀 하이드로클로라이드를 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 8 ± 2 mg의 아포모르핀 하이드로클로라이드를 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 10 ± 3 mg의 아포모르핀 하이드로클로라이드를 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형은 12 ± 3 mg의 아포모르핀 하이드로클로라이드를 포함하는 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 pH 중화제는 단위 제형을 pH 7의 완충되지 않는 물 1ml에 첨가한 경우 pH 2.5 내지 8.0이 되도록 하는 양으로 존재하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아포모르핀의 산부가염이 아포모르핀 하이드로클로라이드인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형이 단일층 필름인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단위 제형이 이중층 필름인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기염기는 알루미늄 하이드록사이드, 칼슘 하이드록사이드, 마그네슘 하이드록사이드, 칼륨 하이드록사이드, 및 소듐 하이드록사이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것인 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개체에서 파킨슨병을 치료하는데 사용하기 위한 약제학적 조성물.
- 제24항에 있어서, 개체에서 파킨슨 병의 치료는 파킨슨병을 앓는 개체에서 "오프" 상태의 치료인 약제학적 조성물.
