Claims (21)
- 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 가요성 장치용 조립체 층으로서,
-30℃ 내지 90℃의 온도 범위 내에서, 1 ㎐의 주파수에서의 전단 저장 모듈러스(shear storage modulus)가 2 MPa 이하이고, 50 ㎪ 내지 500 ㎪의 인가된 전단 응력으로 5초에 측정되는 전단 크리프 컴플라이언스(shear creep compliance; J)가 6×10-6 1/Pa 이상이고, 인가된 전단 응력을 제거한 후 1분 이내에 5 ㎪ 내지 500 ㎪의 범위 내의 인가된 전단 응력의 적어도 하나의 지점에서의 변형 회복률(strain recovery)이 50% 이상인 조립체 층. - 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴, 아크릴 블록 공중합체, 물리적으로 가교결합된 실리콘 탄성중합체, 공유적으로 가교결합된 실리콘 탄성중합체 시약 형성 혼합물, 이오노머적으로 가교결합된 실리콘 탄성중합체 시약 형성 혼합물, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 올레핀 블록 공중합체, 폴리아이소부틸렌, 및 고급 알킬 폴리올레핀 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 조립체 층.

-30℃ 내지 90℃의 온도 범위 내에서, 조립체 층은 1 ㎐의 주파수에서의 전단 저장 모듈러스가 2 MPa 이하이고, 50 ㎪ 내지 500 ㎪의 인가된 전단 응력으로 5초에 측정되는 전단 크리프 컴플라이언스 (J)가 6×10-6 1/Pa 이상이고, 인가된 전단 응력을 제거한 후 1분 이내에 5 ㎪ 내지 500 ㎪의 범위 내의 인가된 전단 응력의 적어도 하나의 지점에서의 변형 회복률이 50% 이상인 라미네이트. - 제4항에 있어서, 라미네이트가 70℃/90% 상대 습도의 환경에 72시간 동안 배치된 다음 실온으로 냉각된 후에 탁도(haze) 값이 5% 미만인 라미네이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 실온에서 24시간의 기간에 걸쳐 15 mm 미만의 곡률 반경을 강제하는 채널 내에 배치된 때에 파괴를 나타내지 않는 라미네이트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실온에서 24시간의 기간 후 채널로부터 꺼낸 후에 130도 이상의 끼인각으로 복귀하는 라미네이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 15 mm 미만의 곡률 반경으로 10,000 접힘 사이클의 실온에서의 동적 접힘 시험(dynamic folding test)을 거친 때에 파괴를 나타내지 않는 라미네이트.
- 제1 기재와 제2 기재를 접착시키는 방법으로서,
제1 및 제2 기재의 둘 모두는 가요성이며,
상기 방법은 제1 가요성 기재와 제2 가요성 기재 사이에 조립체 층을 위치시켜 라미네이트를 형성하는 단계; 및 압력 및 열 중 적어도 하나를 가하여 라미네이트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
