Abstract
Description
도 2a는 CaSR 발현 세포에 육당을 단독 처리한 경우 및 디펩타이드-연결 육당을 각각 처리한 경우의 반응을 나타낸다. MN-: Met-Asn-, VN-: Val-Asn-, HN-: His-Asn-. 도 2b 내지 도 2e는 CaSR 발현 세포에 0.1 μM NPS R-568과 함께 육당을 단독 처리한 경우 및 디펩타이드-연결 육당을 각각 처리한 경우의 반응을 나타낸다. 도 2f는 CaSR 발현 세포에 0.1 μM NPS R-568과 함께 각각의 디펩티드를 처리한 경우의 반응을 나타낸다. 각 그래프의 X축은 육당의 농도를 나타낸다. **는 p<0.05.

- His-Asn 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩타이드의 Asn의 N-말단에 연결(link)된 6개의 만노오스로 구성된 직쇄형 글리칸(glycan) 및 글루타치온을 포함하고, 단맛 수용체를 활성화 시키지 않는 코쿠미(Kokumi) 증강용 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 코쿠미 증강용 조성물을 포함하는 식품.
