Claims (7)
- 제형을 포함하는 층을 포함하는 다중층 구조로서,
상기 제형은
i) 전체 중합체의 50 몰% 이상의 에틸렌 성분을 포함하는 올레핀 블록 공중합체,
여기서, 상기 올레핀 블록 공중합체는 1.7 내지 3.5의 다분산지수, 0.850 g/cc 내지 0.925 g/cc의 밀도, 및 0.1 g/10 분 내지 30 g/10 분의 용융 지수(190 ℃/2.16 kg 에서 ASTM D 1238에 따름)를 가지며,
상기 올레핀 블록 공중합체는 에틸렌/옥텐 블록 공중합체이며, 제형의 총 중량을 기준으로 10 wt% 내지 25 wt%의 양으로 존재함;
ii) 60 내지 100 중량% 미만의 프로필렌에서 유래된 유닛, 및 0 초과 내지 40 중량%의 에틸렌 및 C4-10 α-올레핀 중 하나 이상에서 유래된 유닛을 포함하는 프로필렌/α-올레핀 공중합체,
여기서, 상기 프로필렌/α-올레핀 공중합체는 0.855 g/cm3 초과 내지 0.895 g/cm3 미만의 밀도, 및 0.1 내지 500 g/10 분의 용융 유속(230 ℃/2.16 kg에서 ASTM D-1238에 따름)을 가짐; 및
iii) 무-할로겐 난연제를 포함하며,
중합체 대 난연제 비율은 0.35 미만이고, 상기 무-할로겐 난연제는 제형의 총 중량을 기준으로 60 wt% 초과의 양으로 존재하는 것인,
다중층 구조. - 제1항에 있어서, 0.35 미만의 유기물/무기물 중량비를 가지는 다중층 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무-할로겐 난연제는 수산화 마그네슘을 포함하는 것인 다중층 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌 함량은 전체 에틸렌/옥텐 블록 공중합체의 80 몰% 초과인 다중층 구조.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 블록 공중합체는 0.1 g/10 분 내지 15 g/10 분의 용융 지수(190 ℃/2.16 kg 에서 ASTM D 1238에 따름)를 갖는 것인 다중층 구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌/α-올레핀 공중합체는 0.1 내지 50 g/10 분의 용융 유속(230 ℃/2.16 kg에서 ASTM D-1238에 따름)을 갖는 것인 다중층 구조.
- 제6항에 있어서, 프로필렌/α-올레핀 공중합체는 1.8 내지 3.0의 Mw/Mn (중량평균분자량/수평균분자량)을 갖는 것인 다중층 구조.
