Claims (9)
- 강판의 편면 또는 양면에 형성되어 있고, 적어도 Al을 함유하고, 또한 Mg, Ca, Sr, Li, Na, K의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 합계로 0.02∼2질량% 함유하는 Al 도금층과,
상기 Al 도금층 상에 적층되어 있고, 적어도 ZnO를 함유하는 표면 피막층을 갖고,
상기 ZnO의 입경은 50∼1000㎚이고,
상기 강판의 편면측에서의 상기 표면 피막층의 양은, 금속 Zn량으로서, 0.3∼1.1g/㎡이고,
상기 Al 도금층은 표층까지 합금화되어 있지 않은, 열간 프레스용 도금 강판. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강판은, 질량%로,
C:0.1∼0.4%,
Si:0.01∼0.6%,
Mn:0.5∼3%,
Ti:0.01∼0.1%,
B:0.0001∼0.1%
를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 강판인, 열간 프레스용 도금 강판. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 Al 도금층의 표면조도가 산술 평균 조도 Ra로 0.4∼1.0㎛인, 열간 프레스용 도금 강판.
- 강판의 편면 또는 양면에 형성되어 있고, 적어도 Al을 함유하고, 또한 Mg, Ca, Sr, Li, Na, K의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 합계로 0.02∼2질량% 함유하는 Al 도금층과, 상기 Al 도금층 상에 적층되어 있고, 적어도 ZnO를 함유하는 표면 피막층을 갖고, 상기 ZnO의 입경이 50∼1000㎚이고, 상기 강판의 편면측에서의 상기 표면 피막층의 양은, 금속 Zn량으로서, 0.3∼1.1g/㎡인 도금 강판을 가열하고,
가열된 상기 도금 강판을 프레스하여 성형하고,
가열 전의 상기 도금 강판의 상기 Al 도금층은 표층까지 합금화되어 있지 않은, 도금 강판의 열간 프레스 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도금 강판을 가열할 때, 상기 도금 강판의 온도가 50℃인 상태로부터 최고 도달 판 온도보다 10℃ 낮은 온도까지의 평균 승온 속도를, 10∼300℃/초로 하는, 도금 강판의 열간 프레스 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 강판은, 질량%로,
C:0.1∼0.4%,
Si:0.01∼0.6%,
Mn:0.5∼3%,
Ti:0.01∼0.1%,
B:0.0001∼0.1%
를 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 강판인, 도금 강판의 열간 프레스 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 가열 전의 상기 도금 강판의 상기 Al 도금층의 표면조도가 산술 평균 조도 Ra로 0.4∼1.0㎛인, 도금 강판의 열간 프레스 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열간 프레스 방법으로 제조된, 자동차 부품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 1500㎫ 이상의 인장 강도를 갖는, 자동차 부품.
