Claims (19)
- 제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판에 인접하여 배치되어 있는 제 1 편광층; 및
상기 제 1 편광층의 제 1 기판이 위치하는 면의 반대 면에 존재하고, 액정 화합물을 가지는 액정층 및 상기 액정층의 일면에 위치하는 기재층을 포함하는 액정 윈도우를 가지며,
상기 제 1 편광층은 액정층과 직접 접하고 기재층은 제1편광층과 액정층이 직접 접하는 면의 반대면에 존재하고,
100℃ 온도에서 240시간 내열 테스트 이후에 휨 거리가 3mm 이하이며, 외부 작용의 인가 여부에 따라 투과율이 변하는 광학 소자. - 제 1 기판;
상기 제 1 기판에 인접하여 배치되어 있는 제 1 편광층; 및
상기 제 1 편광층의 제 1 기판이 위치하는 면의 반대 면에 존재하고, 액정 화합물을 가지는 액정층 및 상기 액정층의 양면에 위치하는 기재층을 포함하는 액정 윈도우를 가지며,
상기 제 1 기판과 제 1 편광층은 점착제층 또는 접착제층을 매개로 접하고 제 1 편광층과 액정층의 일면에 위치하는 기재층은 25℃에서 동점도가 10,000 cSt 내지 100,000 cSt의 범위 내에 있는 유체 점착제층인 실리콘 오일 을 매개로 접하며,
100℃ 온도에서 240시간 내열 테스트 이후에 휨 거리가 3mm 이하이며, 외부 작용의 인가 여부에 따라 투과율이 변하는 광학 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,
액정 화합물은 외부 작용이 없는 상태에서 수평 배향, 수직 배향 또는 경사 배향되어 있는 광학 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,
액정 윈도우의 제 1 편광층이 위치하는 면의 반대 면에 위치하는 제 2 편광층을 추가로 포함하는 광학 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,
액정층은 이방성 염료를 추가로 포함하는 광학 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,
액정 윈도우는 액정층과 인접하게 배치되어 있는 배향막을 추가로 포함하는 광학 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,
액정 윈도우는 전극층을 추가로 포함하는 광학 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,
액정 윈도우는 액정층의 양측에 위치하는 실란트(sealant)를 추가로 포함하는 광학 소자. - 제 1항 내지 제 2항 중 어느 한항에 있어서,
액정 윈도우는 액정층의 상부 및 하부에 존재하는 층들의 간격을 유지할 수 있도록 형성된 스페이서를 추가로 포함하는 광학 소자. - 제 9항에 있어서,
