상기 제1봉의 일단에 결합하는 걸레의 일단부;
상기 제1봉의 일단에 상기 걸레의 일단부를 프라스틱밴드로 밴드 결합하고,
상기 제1봉의 일단은 걸레걸림부를 구성하여 상기 제1봉과 상기 제2봉을 반대방향으로 회전하여 걸레를 세척하고 물을 짜낼 때에 상기 걸레의 일단부가 뭉치지 않도록 구성하되,
상기 걸레부착봉의 일단에 결합하는 걸레의 타단부는 제1결착밴드로 결합하며,
