Claims (9)
- 차량의 연료레일;
상기 연료레일의 기밀을 유지하도록 상기 연료레일의 단부에 구비되는 레일플러그; 및
연료의 유입 시 발생되는 맥동을 감쇄시키도록 상기 레일플러그에 구비되는 맥동감쇄부;
를 포함하고,
상기 레일플러그는,
상기 연료레일의 단부에 삽입체결되는 플러그 몸체; 및
상기 플러그 몸체의 연료가 유입되는 방향에 구비되고, 상기 연료레일을 따라 유입되는 연료가 반사되어 집중되도록 연료가 유입되는 방향을 향하여 오목하게 형성된 연료반사부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 맥동감쇄부는,
상기 연료반사부에서 반사된 연료에 난류를 발생시키도록 상기 연료반사부의 연료 유입 방향에 구비되는 난류발생부; 및
상기 난류발생부와 연결되고, 상기 난류발생부와 상기 플러그 몸체를 결합시키도록 구비된 결합브릿지;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 난류발생부는,
상기 연료반사부에서 반사된 연료를 다시 반사시켜 난류를 발생시키도록 상기 연료반사부 방향으로 오목하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 결합브릿지는,
상기 난류발생부에서 반경방향으로 복수 개 돌출 형성되고, 상기 레일플러그 방향으로 절곡되어 형성된 제1벤딩부;
상기 제1벤딩부에서 상기 레일플러그 방향으로 연장 형성된 연장부;
상기 연장부에서 반경방향 외측으로 절곡 형성된 제2벤딩부; 및
상기 제2벤딩부에서 연장 형성되고, 상기 레일플러그에 결합되는 결합부;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 연장부의 길이는,
상기 연료반사부의 곡률에 따른 촛점거리보다 짧게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 플러그 몸체는,
상기 결합브릿지가 끼워져 결합되도록 원주방향을 따라 복수 개의 결합홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 맥동감쇄부는,
상기 연료레일을 따라 유입되는 연료에 와류를 발생시키도록 상기 연료반사부에서 연료가 유입되는 방향으로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 맥동감쇄부는,
연료가 유입되는 방향으로 뾰족한 회전타원체 형태로 형성되되, 상기 연료반사부의 직경보다 작은 직경을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료레일용 맥동 감쇄 구조.
