Claims (33)
- 성분 (A) 내지 (C):

(B) 적어도 1종의 폴리이소시아네이트-함유 화합물, 및
(C) 금속 성분으로서 리튬 (Li), 및 아연 (Zn), 비스무트 (Bi), 지르코늄 (Zr) 또는 알루미늄 (Al)으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 추가 금속 성분을 포함하는 적어도 1종의 촉매
를 포함하고, 여기서
i) 성분 (A), (B), 및 (C)는 서로 별도로 존재하거나, 또는
ii) 전체적으로 또는 적어도 부분적으로 서로 혼합된 것인

을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 코팅 물질 시스템에서의
i) 성분 (A)의 폴리히드록시 기-함유 화합물이 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리올, 폴리메타크릴레이트 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리우레탄 폴리올 또는 폴리실록산 폴리올의 군으로부터 선택되거나, 또는
ii) 성분 (B)의 폴리이소시아네이트-함유 화합물이 1,6-헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 4,4'-메틸렌 디시클로헥실 디이소시아네이트, 상기에 언급된 디이소시아네이트의 뷰렛 이량체, 상기에 언급된 디이소시아네이트의 이미노옥사디아진디온 또는 상기에 언급된 디이소시아네이트의 비대칭 삼량체로부터 선택된 것
을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 폴리히드록시 기-함유 화합물의 산가가 7 mg KOH/g (상응하는 폴리히드록시 기-함유 화합물) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 히드록실 기-함유 화합물 (D), 아미노플라스트 수지 또는 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진 (E), 코팅 첨가제 (F), 안료 (H), 다른 충전제 (I) 또는 용매 (J)로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 추가 성분 (D) 내지 (J)를 포함하고, 여기서
i) 개별 성분 (D) 내지 (J)는 서로 별도로 존재하거나, 또는
ii) 전체적으로 또는 적어도 부분적으로 서로 혼합되거나 또는 성분 (A) 내지 (C)와 혼합된 것
을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
i) 코팅 물질 시스템이 수성이 아니거나,
ii) 성분 (A) 또는 (B)가 각각 적어도 1종의 용매 (J)와 혼합물을 형성하지만, 성분 (A) 및 (B)는 서로 별도로 존재하거나, 또는
iii) 성분 (C)의 촉매가 전체적으로 또는 적어도 부분적으로, 서로 별도로 존재하는 성분 (A) 또는 (B) 중 적어도 하나에 존재하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (C)의 촉매가 염 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A), (B), 및 (C), 및 또한 히드록실 기-함유 화합물 (D), 아미노플라스트 수지 또는 트리스(알콕시카르보닐아미노)트리아진 (E), 코팅 첨가제 (F), 안료 (H), 다른 충전제 (I) 또는 용매 (J)로부터 선택된 임의로 존재하는 성분 (D) 내지 (J)의 완전한 혼합물로서 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 성분 (A), (B), 및 (C) 및 또한 임의로 존재하는 성분 (D) 내지 (J)를 서로 별도로 제공하고, 후속적으로 서로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제9항의 코팅 물질 시스템의 제조 방법.

- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄의 경화가 20 내지 80℃의 온도에서 발생하고, 임의적 베이스코트 필름은 20℃ 내지 80℃의 온도에서 임의로 미리 건조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 자동차 마감에 있어서의, 마감재 수리에 있어서의, 자동차 재마감에 있어서의, 또는 자동차 내에 또는 상에 장착된 부품, 플라스틱 기판 또는 상용차의 코팅에 있어서의 코팅 물질로서의 제1항의 코팅 물질 시스템 또는 제11항의 방법에 따라 제조된 폴리우레탄의 사용 방법.
- 제1항의 적어도 1종의 코팅 물질 시스템을, 임의로 프리코팅된 기판에 또는 베이스코트 필름에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 코팅물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 코팅물이 코팅 물질 시스템의 적어도 부분적인 또는 완전한 경화에 의해 수득된 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

i) 리튬 대 비스무트의 몰비가 8 : 1 내지 10 : 1 [mol/mol]이거나, 또는
ii) 리튬 대 아연의 몰비가 7.5 : 1 내지 10 : 1 [mol/mol]인 것
을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 폴리히드록시 기-함유 화합물이 폴리아크릴레이트 폴리올 또는 폴리메타크릴레이트 폴리올의 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성분 (A)의 폴리히드록시 기-함유 화합물의 산가가 0.5 내지 5 mg KOH/g (상응하는 폴리히드록시 기-함유 화합물)인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리히드록시 기-함유 화합물이 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 히드록실 기-함유 화합물 (D), 코팅 첨가제 (F), 안료 (H) 또는 용매 (J)로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 추가 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성분 (C)의 촉매가 전체적으로 또는 적어도 부분적으로 성분 (A)에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성분 (C)의 촉매가 각각의 염의 음이온 성분으로서의 C6-C18 카르복실산과의 Li 염, Zn 염, 또는 Bi 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 물질 시스템.
