Abstract
본 발명에 따른 선별적 파쇄 및 분급분리에 의한 수피의 연속적 처리방법은 벌채 및 제재작업 중에 발생된 부산물을 파쇄기에 투입하는 단계; 상기 파쇄기의 물리적 충격을 통해 부산물을 파쇄하는 단계; 상기 파쇄된 부산물에서 분리된 수피파쇄분을 분쇄하는 단계; 및 상기 분쇄된 수피파쇄분을 분급하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 벌채 및 제재작업 중에 발생된 부산물을 파쇄기에 투입하는 단계;
상기 파쇄기의 물리적 충격을 통해 부산물을 파쇄하는 단계;
상기 파쇄된 부산물에서 분리된 수피파쇄분을 분쇄하는 단계; 및
상기 분쇄된 수피파쇄분을 분급하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 분쇄된 수피파쇄분을 분급하는 단계에서는, 상기 파쇄된 부산물에서 분리된 수피파쇄분을 4~6 메쉬망으로 이루어진 1단 및 10~12 메쉬망으로 이루어진 2단으로 구성된 진동스크린을 통해 분급하되, 상기 진동스크린의 1단을 통과하지 못한 소립수피분과 상기 진동스크린의 1단은 통과하되 2단을 통과하지 못한 미립수피분과 상기 진동스크린의 2단을 통과한 세립수피분으로 분급하며,
상기 분급된 미립수피분을 진동스크린의 1단과 같은 크기의 메쉬망을 적용한 분급기를 이용하여 전후방향 또는 좌우방향으로 왕복 진동시켜 분쇄 목질부를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별적 파쇄 및 분급분리에 의한 수피의 연속적 처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 파쇄기의 물리적 충격을 통해 부산물을 파쇄하는 단계 이후에는,
파쇄기에 의해 파쇄된 부산물을 선별스크린을 이용하여 조대한 목질부와 파쇄 수피로 선별하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별적 파쇄 및 분급분리에 의한 수피의 연속적 처리방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 파쇄된 부산물에서 분리된 수피파쇄분을 분쇄하는 단계에서는 조각 목질부와 수피가 혼합되어 있는 수피파쇄분을 분쇄기에 의해 분쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 선별적 파쇄 및 분급분리에 의한 수피의 연속적 처리방법.
