Claims (9)
- 샤프트 노 충전 설비 용 밀봉 밸브 장치에 있어서:
밸브 시트와 연동되는 셔터;
상기 밸브 시트와 밀봉 접촉하는 폐쇄 위치와 상기 밸브 시트로부터 멀리 떨어진 개방 위치 사이에서 상기 셔터를 이동시키는 셔터-작동 장치;를 포함하는 장치이되,
상기 셔터-작동 장치는:
상기 셔터에 연결된 틸팅 샤프트;
상기 틸팅 샤프트에 연결된 출력 샤프트를 갖는 전기 모터;
상기 전기 모터의 상기 출력 샤프트가 회전하는 것을 정지시키도록 구성된 상기 전기 모터와 연계된 브레이크 장치; 및
상기 전기 모터의 출력 샤프트와 상기 틸팅 샤프트 사이에 배치되는 전달 수단이되, 상기 전달 수단은 상기 전기 모터의 출력 샤프트와 상기 틸팅 샤프트 사이에서 기설정된 허용 회전량을 갖도록 구성된 백래쉬를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기설정된 허용 회전량은 0.1 ° 및 0.5 ° 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 밸브 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전달 수단은 기어 매커니즘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 밸브 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전달 수단은 유성 기어, 헬리컬 기어, 또는 베벨 기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 장치는 전기 모터-브레이크인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 밸브 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셔터와 상기 밸브 시트 사이에 연질 밀봉 수단이 배치되며, 상기 연질 밀봉 수단은 고압 하에서 압축가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 밸브 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 연질 밀봉 수단은 실리콘 밀봉 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉 밸브 장치.
- 샤프트 노 장입 설비를 위한 하부 밀봉 밸브 하우징이되, 상기 하우징은:
제1항에 따른 밀봉 밸브 장치, 및;
상기 하우징에 의해 지지되고 상기 밀봉 밸브 장치의 상기 셔터와 연동되는 밸브 시트를 포함하는 하부 밀봉 밸브 하우징.
- 샤프트 노 충전 설비의 밀봉 밸브를 작동시키는 방법으로서, 상기 밀봉 밸브는 제1항에 따른 밀봉 밸브 장치를 포함하며, 상기 방법은:
상기 셔터를 상기 밸브 시트에 대한 밀봉 접촉 상태로 만들도록 상기 틸팅 샤프트에 연결된 상기 전기 모터를 작동시키는 단계;
상기 전기 모터의 상기 출력 샤프트가 회전하는 것을 정지시키도록 상기 전기 모터를 정지시키고 상기 브레이크 장치를 결합시키는 단계;
상기 밸브 시트에 대해 상기 셔터를 추가적으로 가압하도록 상기 셔터의 하부 측에 외부 압력을 가하는 단계이되, 여기서 상기 틸팅 샤프트는 이로 인해 추가적으로 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 전달 수단은 상기 전기 모터의 출력 샤프트에 상기 추가적인 회전을 전달하지 않고 상기 틸팅 샤프트의 추가적인 회전을 흡수하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는
샤프트 노 충전 설비의 밀봉 밸브를 작동시키는 방법.
