Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (A) 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, (B) 계면 활성제를 필수 성분으로서 포함하고, 또한 하기 (II)의 조건을 필수적으로 충족하고, (I) 및 (III) 중 어느 1가지 이상의 조건을 추가로 충족하는, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
(I) (A) 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가, (a) 인산기 함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를 포함함
(II) (B) 계면 활성제가, (b) 인산기 함유 계면 활성제를 포함하고, 상기 (b) 인산기 함유 계면 활성제가, 하기 일반식 (3)으로 표현되는 화합물을 적어도 함유함
(식 중, R8은 탄소수 6 내지 18의 지방족 탄화수소기, 또는, 하기 식 (4)로 표현되는 기이다)
(식 중, R9는 탄소수 2 또는 3의 2가의 지방족 탄화수소기이며, R10은 탄소수 6 내지 18의 지방족 탄화수소기 또는 하기 식 (5)로 표현되는 기이며, n은 1 내지 10의 정수이다.)
(x는 1 내지 5의 정수이다)
(III) 상기 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물이, (C) 알칼리 금속 화합물 및 알칼리 토금속 화합물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 중화제를 포함함 - 제1항에 있어서, (A) 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 및 (B) 계면 활성제의 총질량부를 100질량부라 했을 때, 조성물 중에 포함되는 (a) 인산기 함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 및 (b) 인산기 함유 계면 활성제 유래의 인 원자의 합계량이 0.01 내지 3.0질량부인, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (II) 및 (III)의 조건을 충족하는, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (I) 및 (II)의 조건을 충족하는, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (I), (II) 및 (III)의 모든 조건을 충족하는, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 인산기 함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가, 하기 일반식 (1) 또는 하기 일반식 (2)로 표현되는 화합물을 적어도 함유하는, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
(식 중, R1은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이며, R2는 1 내지 30개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 2가의 지방족 탄화수소기이며, 당해 탄화수소기는, 할로겐기 또는 에테르기를 갖고 있어도 된다. R3는 수소 원자 또는 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 탄화수소기 또는 방향족 탄화수소기, 또는 R3는 암모늄, 나트륨, 리튬, 칼륨, 알코올아미노하프염 중에서 선택되는 양이온이다.)
(식 중, R4 및 R7은 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이며, R5 및 R6은 각각 독립적으로, 탄소수 1 내지 30의 2가의 지방족 탄화수소기이다.) - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 인산기 함유 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가, 상기 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물 중에 있어서의 모든 (A) 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체에 대하여 0.03 내지 15몰%인, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 인산기 함유 계면 활성제가, 상기 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물 중에 있어서의 (B) 계면 활성제 중에 1.0 내지 60질량%인, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 알칼리 금속염 및/또는 알칼리 토금속염이, 상기 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물 중에 있어서의 모든 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 100질량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 5질량부인, 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더용 조성물을 유화 중합하여 이루어지는 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더.
- 제12항에 기재된 비수계 전지 전극용 바인더에, 전극 활물질을 더 포함하는, 비수계 전지 전극용 조성물.
- 제13항에 기재된 비수계 전지 전극용 조성물을 사용하여 형성된 비수계 전지 전극.
- 제14항에 기재된 비수계 전지 전극을 구비하는 비수계 전지.
