도 2는 본 발명에 따른 팽창형 구조체 내에서의 유체의 흐름(접촉 전, 접촉 후)을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 신호 증폭 반응(Signal enhancement reaction)용 액상 버퍼를 흡수하는 버퍼 패드;
상기 버퍼 패드의 상부면에 부착되되, 상기 상부면의 양쪽에 이격 배치되는 팽창부;
상기 버퍼 패드의 하부면에 부착되어 상기 버퍼 패드로부터 상기 액상 버퍼를 흡수하고, 상부면 중앙에 홈이 형성된 연결 멤브레인;
상기 연결 멤브레인에 형성된 홈에 부착되고, 신호 발생 물질이 저장되는 반응물질 패드; 및
상기 연결 멤브레인의 하부면에 부착되고, 상기 액상 버퍼와 상기 신호 발생 물질을 하부 방향으로 전달하는 접촉 패드;를 포함하고,
상기 팽창부는 상기 버퍼 패드로부터 상기 액상 버퍼를 흡수하여, 상기 팽창부의 면 방향에 수직하는 방향으로 팽창하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창형 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버퍼 패드는 적어도 2개 이상 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창형 구조체.

- 상기 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 팽창형 구조체; 및
상기 팽창형 구조체의 하부에 배치되는 면역 반응(Immunoassay reaction)용 구조체;를 포함하고,
상기 면역 반응용 구조체는
지지체; 상기 지지체의 상부면에 부착되어 검출하려는 분석 물질을 포함하는 액상 샘플을 흡수하는 샘플 패드; 상기 샘플 패드의 일단과 부착되고, 상기 액상 샘플에 포함된 분석 물질과 결합하는 면역 반응(Immunoassay reaction) 물질이 저장되는 컨쥬게이트 패드; 상기 컨쥬게이트 패드의 일단과 부착되고, 상기 액상 샘플에 포함되는 분석 물질을 검출하는 반응 멤브레인; 상기 반응 멤브레인의 일단과 부착되고, 상기 검출 반응이 종료된 액상 샘플을 흡수하는 흡수 패드;를 포함하며,
상기 팽창형 구조체에 포함되는 팽창부가 액상 버퍼를 흡수하여 상기 팽창부의 면 방향에 수직하는 방향으로 팽창하면서, 상기 팽창형 구조체와 상기 반응 멤브레인이 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 센서.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 면역 반응(Immunoassay reaction) 물질은 항체, 항원, 효소, 펩타이드, 단백질, DNA, RNA, PNA(Petide Nucleic Acid), 압타머(aptamer) 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 센서.
