Claims (5)
- 흡입실(10); 하우징(20); 상기 하우징(20)의 내부에 고정되고, 상기 흡입실(10)과 연통되는 흡입구(34)가 형성되고, 중심으로부터 나선형으로 돌출 형성되어 유로(36)를 형성하는 고정랩(32)을 구비한 고정스크롤(30); 상기 고정랩(32)과 맞물리는 나선형의 선회랩(42)이 돌출 형성되어, 적어도 하나의 팽창포켓(44)을 형성하는 선회스크롤(40)을 포함하는 스크롤 팽창기에 있어서,
상기 고정스크롤(30)에 상기 흡입실(10)측에서 상기 유로(36)측으로 경사지게 형성된 홀(38)을 포함하고,
상기 홀(38)은 일측은 상기 흡입실(10)과 연통되고, 타측은 상기 팽창포켓(44)과 연통되며,
상기 홀(38)은 상기 흡입실(10)측에서 상기 유로(36)측으로 갈수록 상기 고정스크롤(30)의 중심에서 멀어지도록 형성되어,
상기 홀(38)을 통해 유입된 고압의 냉매가 일정 각도를 가지고 상기 선회랩(42)을 밀어 상기 선회스크롤(40)의 회전을 보강하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 팽창기.

상기 홀(38)은 복수 개 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 팽창기.

상기 고정스크롤(30) 및 상기 선회스크롤(40)의 중앙측에 상기 고정랩(32)과 상기 선회랩(42)이 접하는 단부는 각각 오목한 형상인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 팽창기.

상기 홀(38)의 유로(36)측 단부는 상기 유로(36) 상에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 팽창기.
