Claims (6)
- 호모 폴리프로필렌(A)을 포함하는 외층;
메탈로센 촉매로 중합된 비결정성 폴리프로필렌(B) 40~60중량% 및 프로필렌-에틸렌-1-부텐 랜덤 공중합체와 프로필렌-에틸렌-1-부텐 엘라스토머(C)의 혼합물 40~60중량%를 포함하는 중간층; 및
상기 (B) 성분 5~25중량% 및 상기 (C) 성분 75~95중량%를 포함하는 내층;
을 포함하는 의료용 필름이고,
상기 호모 폴리프로필렌은 지글러-나타 촉매를 이용하여 중합되고, 용융온도가 167℃ 이상, 결정화도가 55% 이상 및 용융지수(230℃, 2.16kg 하중)가 2~10g/10min이고,
상기 비결정성 폴리프로필렌은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 전이금속 화합물을 포함하는 촉매하에 중합되고,

(화학식 1에서, M은 4족 전이금속이고; Q1 및 Q2는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐; (C1-C20)알킬; (C2-C20)알케닐; (C2-C20)알키닐; (C6-C20)아릴; (C1-C20)알킬(C6-C20)아릴; (C6-C20)아릴(C1-C20)알킬; (C1-C20)알킬아미도; (C6-C20)아릴아미도; 또는 (C1-C20)알킬리덴이고;
R1 ~ R10은 각각 독립적으로 수소; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C1-C20)알킬; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C2-C20)알케닐; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C1-C20)알킬(C6-C20)아릴; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C6-C20)아릴(C1-C20)알킬; 또는 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C1-C20)실릴이고; 상기 R1은 R2와 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성할 수 있고, R6 내지 R10 중에서 2 이상이 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성할 수 있고;
R3 및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸이며, 다만 R3 및 R4 중 적어도 하나는 메틸이고;
R5는 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C1-C20)알킬이고;
R11, R12 및 R13은 각각 독립적으로 수소; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C1-C20)알킬; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C2-C20)알케닐; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C1-C20)알킬(C6-C20)아릴; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C6-C20)아릴(C1-C20)알킬; 아세탈, 케탈, 에테르기를 포함 또는 포함하지 않는 (C1-C20)실릴; (C1-C20)알콕시; 또는 (C6-C20)아릴옥시이고; 상기 R11와 R12 또는 R12와 R13가 서로 연결되어 고리를 형성할 수 있다.)
상기 비결정성 폴리프로필렌은 중량평균분자량이 200,000~300,000g/mol이고, 밀도가 0.8~0.9g/ml이고, 입체규칙도(isotactisity, Pentad I.I, mmmm)가 5~20%이고,
상기 의료용 필름은 500g~1000g의 하중으로 살균 후 측정된 상기 외층, 중간증 및 내층 간의 접착강도로 평가되는 블로킹성이 50gf 미만이고, ASTM D1003에 따른 헤이즈가 5% 미만이고, ASTM D1709에 따른 필름 충격강도가 500g 이상이고, 2KG/1초의 조건으로 필름간 열접착 후 열접착 부위의 박리가 발생하는 박리강도가 700gf/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 필름. - 삭제

상기 혼합물은 상기 랜덤 공중합체와 상기 엘라스토머가 동일한 중합 반응기에서 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외층은 상기 (B) 성분을 0.1~10중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 필름.
