Claims (24)
- 에틸렌계 중합체의 제조 방법으로서,
a. 에틸렌 단량체를 122 MPa 이상의 압력으로 압축하는 단계;
b. 그 압축된 에틸렌 단량체를 반응기에서 촉매와 접촉시켜 에틸렌계 중합체를 포함하는 생성물 혼합물을 생성하는 접촉 단계; 및
c. 생성물 혼합물을 냉각하고 이어서 생성물 혼합물의 압력을 감소시키는 단계

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물 혼합물을 200℃ 미만으로 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물 혼합물의 압력을 50 MPa 이상 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응기의 출구로부터 생성물 혼합물을 이동시키는 파이프를 절연하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물 혼합물이 냉각되는 온도를 제어하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물 냉각기 내의 생성물 혼합물의 속도가 20 m/s 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물 냉각기 내의 생성물 혼합물의 속도가 20 m/s 내지 40 m/s인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌 단량체 및 촉매를 개시제와 접촉시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에틸렌 단량체 및 촉매를 개질제와 접촉시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 생성물 혼합물로부터 에틸렌계 중합체를 회수하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 회수된 에틸렌계 중합체는 비닐 아세테이트 공단량체로부터 유도된 단위 6 중량% 이상을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 에틸렌계 중합체를 제조하기 위한 시스템으로서,
a. 에틸렌 단량체를 122 MPa 이상의 압력으로 압축하도록 된 압축기 시스템;
b. 반응기;
c. 반응기의 하류에 있는 고압 강하 밸브(high pressure let down valve); 및
d. 반응기의 하류 및 고압 강하 밸브의 상류에 있는 생성물 냉각기
