Claims (10)
- 스크린 프린팅이 가능한 반사방지 코팅 조성물로서,
테트라에틸 오르소실리케이트(tetraethylorthosilicate)와 알콕시 실란 화합물이 가수분해 및 축합 반응되어 합성된 실란 용액; 및
텍사놀(Texanol) 및 터피놀(Terpineol)을 포함하는 유기비히클을 포함하며,
상기 알콕시 실란 화합물은 메틸트리메톡시실란(Methyltrimethoxysilane), 메틸트리에톡시실란(Methyltriethoxysilane), 페닐트리메톡시실란(Phenyltrimethoxysilane), 페닐트리에톡시실란(Phenyltriethoxysilane), 글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란((Glycidoxypropyl)trimethoxysilane) 및 글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란((Glycidoxypropyl)triethoxysilane) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하고,
상기 테트라에틸 오르소실리케이트와 상기 알콕시 실란 화합물은 0.1:1 내지 10:1의 중량비로 혼합되어 가수분해 및 축합 반응되고,
상기 실란 용액은 상기 테트라에틸 오르소실리케이트와 상기 알콕시 실란 화합물이 용해된 용매에 물(H2O)과 산(acid)이 적하(dripping)되어 가수분해 및 축합 반응된 용액이며,
상기 유기비히클은 부틸 셀루솔브(Butyl cellusolve)를 더 포함하고,
상기 부틸 셀루솔브는 상기 터피놀 및 상기 텍사놀의 전체 함량 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼20중량부가 상기 유기비히클에 함유되고,
상기 텍사놀(Texanol)과 상기 터피놀(Terpineol)은 1:1 내지 20:1의 중량비로 혼합되어 상기 유기비히클에 함유되고,
상기 유기비히클과 상기 실란 용액은 4:1 내지 20:1의 중량비를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기비히클은 부틸 카비톨 아세테이트(Butyl carbitol acetate)를 더 포함하며,
상기 부틸 카비톨 아세테이트는 상기 터피놀 및 상기 텍사놀의 전체 함량 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼20중량부가 상기 유기비히클에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 코팅 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기비히클은 셀룰로스계 바인더를 더 포함하며,
상기 셀룰로스계 바인더는 상기 터피놀 및 상기 텍사놀의 전체 함량 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼20중량부가 상기 유기비히클에 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지 코팅 조성물.

- 제1항에 기재된 반사방지 코팅 조성물을 기판에 스크린 프린팅하는 단계;
상기 기판에 코팅된 상기 반사방지 코팅 조성물을 건조하는 단계;
건조된 결과물을 열처리하는 단계; 및
열처리된 결과물을 급냉하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 550∼700℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사방지막의 제조방법.
