Abstract
Description
도 2는 경사 방향으로 촬영하는 제 2 카메라(tilted camera)를 이용하여 제 2 카메라 영상의 중심 및 DOF(depth of field) 위치에 노즐팁을 정렬시키는 과정을 도시하는 개념도이다.
도 3은 도 2에서 제 2 카메라가 촬영한 노즐팁의 영상을 도시한다.
도 4는 수직 방향으로 촬영하는 제 1 카메라(top-down camera)를 이용하여 제 1 카메라 영상의 중심 및 DOF 위치에 노즐팁을 정렬시키는 과정을 도시하는 개념도이다.
도 5는 도 4에서 노즐팁의 위치를 이동시키며 제 1 카메라가 촬영한 노즐팁의 영상을 각각 도시한다.
도 6은 경사 방향으로 촬영하는 제 2 카메라를 이용하여 기판과 노즐팁 사이의 거리를 조절하는 과정을 도시하는 개념도이다.
도 7은 도 6에서 제 2 카메라가 촬영한 영상을 도시한다.
도 8은 도 7의 영상에서 영상처리를 수행하여 노이즈를 제거한 이미지를 도시한다.
도 9는 기판에 잉크를 프린팅하여 노즐의 절대좌표를 결정하는 과정을 도시한다.

Claims (9)
- 잉크를 분사시키는 노즐;
상기 노즐을 이동시키는 구동부;
상기 노즐을 통해 잉크가 프린팅되는 과정을 촬영하는 영상부; 및
상기 구동부에 의해 상기 노즐을 이동시키며 상기 영상부가 촬영한 영상을 기초로 상기 노즐의 위치를 자동으로 설정하는 자동 위치설정부를 포함하고,
상기 노즐은 수직 방향에 경사진 방향으로 배치되고,
상기 자동 위치설정부는 상기 영상부가 촬영한 영상에 포함된 상기 노즐의 이미지 및 상기 잉크가 탄착되는 기판 상에 반사된 상기 노즐의 미러링 이미지를 이용하여 상기 노즐의 위치를 자동으로 설정하는 프린팅 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 영상부는
상부에서 하부로 수직 방향으로 촬영하는 제 1 카메라 또는 경사진 방향으로 촬영하는 제 2 카메라 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 프린팅 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 영상부에 대향하는 위치에 배치되어 상기 영상부와 사이에 위치하는 노즐을 향하여 빛을 조사하는 조명부를 더 포함하는 프린팅 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 자동 위치설정부는 상기 영상부가 촬영한 영상의 중앙에 노즐팁이 위치하도록 상기 구동부를 제어하고, 상기 영상부가 촬영한 상기 노즐의 영상의 선명성이 최대가 되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하여 상기 노즐의 위치를 설정하는 프린팅 장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 자동 위치설정부는 상기 노즐팁의 선명성이 최대가 되도록 상기 구동부를 제어하여 상기 노즐의 위치를 설정하는 프린팅 장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 노즐의 이미지와 상기 노즐의 미러링 이미지 사이의 거리로부터 상기 기판으로부터 상기 노즐의 이격 거리를 구하는 프린팅 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 잉크가 탄착되는 기판에 상기 노즐을 통해 잉크를 프린팅하고, 상기 영상부는 프린팅된 상기 잉크의 패턴을 인식하여 상기 노즐의 절대좌표를 설정하는 프린팅 장치.
