Abstract
Description
도 1은 부분 단편된, 본 발명의 한 실시양태에 따라 제작된 다중 V 리브형(multi-V-ribbed) 벨트의 일부의 투시도이며,
도 2는 부분 단편된, 본 발명의 한 실시양태에 따라 제작된 V-벨트의 일부의 투시도이며,
도 3은 부분 단편된, 본 발명의 한 실시양태에 따라 제작된 동기(synchronous) 벨트의 일부의 투시도이며,
도 4는 실시예 1 내지 실시예 5에 대한 120℃에서 데마티아(DeMattia) 균열 성장의 그래프이며,
도 5는 실시예 6 내지 실시예 10에 대한 80℃에서 데마티아 균열 성장의 그래프이며,
도 6은 실시예 6 내지 실시예 10에 대한 100℃에서 데마티아 균열 성장의 그래프이며,
도 7은 부분 단편된, 본 발명의 한 실시양태에 따라 제작된 호스의 일부의 투시도이다.
Claims (11)
- 엘라스토머 벨트 바디를 포함하는 동력 전달 벨트로서, 상기 엘라스토머 벨트 바디는 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제를 포함하는 섬유 로딩된 열경화성 고무 조성물을 포함하고,
상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 상기 고무 조성물 중에 50 phr 이하의 농도로 존재하는 것인 동력 전달 벨트. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 폴리에틸렌-메타크릴산 코폴리머 또는 부틸 이오노머를 포함하는 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 폴리에틸렌-메타크릴산 코폴리머를 포함하는 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌-메타크릴산 코폴리머는 이의 산기 중 적어도 일부가 중화된 것인 동력 전달 벨트.
- 삭제
- 엘라스토머 바디를 포함하는 동적 고무 물품으로서,
상기 엘라스토머 바디는 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제를 포함하는 섬유 로딩된 열경화성 고무 조성물을 포함하고,
상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 상기 고무 조성물 중에 50 phr 이하의 농도로 존재하는 것인 동적 고무 물품. - 엘라스토머 층을 포함하는 호스로서,
상기 엘라스토머 층은 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제를 포함하는 섬유 로딩된 열경화성 고무 조성물을 포함하고,
상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 상기 고무 조성물 중에 50 phr 이하의 농도로 존재하는 것인 호스. - 사용시 굴곡되는 고무 바디를 포함하는 동적 물품에서 균열 성장 저항성(crack growth resistance)을 증가시키는 방법으로서,
상기 고무 바디를 형성하는 데 사용되는 섬유 로딩된 열경화성 고무 조성물에 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제를 첨가하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 상기 고무 조성물 중에 50 phr 이하의 농도로 존재하는 것인 방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 폴리에틸렌-메타크릴산 코폴리머 또는 부틸 이오노머를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이오노머성 폴리머 첨가제는 4 phr 내지 8 phr의 농도로 폴리에틸렌-메타크릴산 코폴리머를 포함하는 것인 방법.
