도 2의 (A), (B)는 각각 동 계선 로프 교환구가 장착된 드럼의 일부 파단(破斷) 측면도 및 정면도이다.
도 3의 (A)는 동 계선 로프 교환구의 외측 고정부의 확대 측면도이며, (B)는 (A)의 A―A에서 본 단면도이다.
도 4는 도 2의 (A)의 B―B에서 본 단면도이다.
도 5의 (A), (B)는 각각 동 계선 로프 교환구가 장착된 드럼의 변형예의 일부 파단 측면도 및 배면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 양측에 외측 플랜지(12)를 구비하는 드럼(13); 및 상기 드럼(13)을 계선(係船) 로프(20)의 격납부(22)와 인장부(引張部)(23)로 분할하고, 상기 계선 로프(20)를 상기 격납부(22)로부터 상기 인장부(23)로 교환하기 위한 절결부(切缺部)(24)가 형성된 칸막이 플랜지(21);를 포함하는 계선 윈치(mooring winch)(11)에 장착되는 계선 로프 교환구(mooring rope shifting tool)(10)에 있어서,
상기 격납부(22) 측의 상기 외측 플랜지(12)에 고정되는 외측 고정부(25);
상기 칸막이 플랜지(21)에 고정되는 칸막이 측 고정부(26); 및
상기 외측 고정부(25)와 상기 칸막이 측 고정부(26) 사이를 건너지르고, 상기 계선 로프(20)의 권취 방향에 대하여 상류측의 상기 외측 고정부(25)에서 하류측의 상기 칸막이 측 고정부(26)를 향해 경사져 있는 가이드부(27);
를 포함하고,
상기 드럼(13)을 회전시키는 것만으로 상기 격납부(22)에서 권취되는 상기 계선 로프(20)는 상기 가이드부(27)를 따라 상기 절결부(24)까지 이동하고, 상기 절결부(24)를 통과하여 자동적으로 상기 격납부(22)에서 상기 인장부(23)로 교환되어 상기 인장부(23)에 권취되는,
계선 로프 교환구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 외측 고정부(25)와 상기 가이드부(27)는, 핀 끼워맞춤에 의해 착탈 가능하게 연결되는, 계선 로프 교환구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 칸막이 측 고정부(26)는, 상기 가이드부(27)와 일체로 설치되고, 상기 칸막이 플랜지(21)를 협지(sandwich)하는 클램프부(41)를 구비하는, 계선 로프 교환구. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가이드부(27)는, 상기 드럼(13)을 축 방향에서 볼 때, 상기 외측 플랜지(12)의 반경의 0.9∼1.3배의 곡률 반경을 가지는, 계선 로프 교환구. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 가이드부(27)는, 상기 드럼(13)을 축 방향에서 볼 때, 상기 외측 플랜지(12)의 반경의 0.9∼1.3배의 곡률 반경을 가지는, 계선 로프 교환구. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가이드부(27)는, 상기 드럼(13)을 축 방향에서 볼 때, 상기 외측 플랜지(12)의 반경의 0.9∼1.3배의 곡률 반경을 가지는, 계선 로프 교환구. - 양측에 외측 플랜지(12)를 구비하는 드럼(13); 및 상기 드럼(13)을 계선 로프(20)의 격납부(22)와 인장부(23)로 분할하고, 상기 계선 로프(20)를 상기 격납부(22)로부터 상기 인장부(23)로 교환하기 위한 절결부(24)가 형성된 칸막이 플랜지(21);를 포함하고,
제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 계선 로프 교환구(10)가, 상기 격납부(22) 측의 상기 외측 플랜지(12)와 상기 칸막이 플랜지(21) 사이에 착탈 가능하게 장착되는,
계선 윈치.
