Claims (5)
- 콤바인의 엔진 배기가스를 정화시키기 위한 배기가스 후처리장치를 엔진에 취부하는 구조에 있어서,
상기 배기가스 후처리장치를 엔진의 길이방향으로 평행하게 배치하여 엔진 주변의 차체프레임상에 고정부재를 이용하여 고정하고, 상기 배기가스 후처리장치의 일측에 구비된 배기가스 유입구측과 상기 엔진의 배기매니폴드와 연결된 터보차저의 배기측을 연결파이프를 통해 상호 연결하여 구성하되,
상기 연결파이프가 엔진으로부터 일정거리 떨어진 좌측부에 엔진 전방에서 후방측으로 비스듬히 아래로 기울어지면서 상기 터보차저의 배기측과 배기가스 후처리장치의 상기 배기가스 유입구측을 연결하도록 구성하고,
상기 고정부재는, 차체프레임에 고정되는 제1브라켓과, 상기 제1브라켓과 맞대어 결합되며 상기 배기가스 후처리장치가 마운팅 고정되는 제2브라켓을 포함하며,
상기 제1브라켓은 배기가스 후처리장치의 길이방향으로 절곡된 한 쌍의 제1절곡면과, 상기 제1절곡면의 절곡방향에 대하여 수직한 방향으로 절곡된 제2절곡면을 가지며, 상기 제1절곡면 및 제2절곡면을 통해 차체프레임의 3지점에 동시에 체결 고정되고,
상기 제2브라켓은 'ㄱ'자 형태로 절곡된 2개의 독립된 구조물로 구비되어 상기 제1브라켓의 제1절곡면 외측에 서로 마주보도록 배치된 상태에서, 그의 일측 단부가 상기 제1절곡면과 각각 맞대어진 상태에서 볼트를 통해 차체프레임상에 동시에 체결되고, 그의 타측 단부는 배기가스 후처리장치의 저면부에 볼트를 통해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤바인의 배기가스 후처리장치 취부구조.
