도 2는 본 발명에 의한 비만예방 한약으로 만든 젤리에 대한 관능검사에 사용한 설문지이다.

Claims (6)
- 의이인, 황기, 당귀, 용안육, 숙지황, 백하수오, 산약, 상백피, 진피, 천궁 및 육계를 혼합하여 열탕 추출한 한약재추출액 30wt%, 복숭아농축액 26.5wt%, 젤라틴 3.5wt% 및 복숭아요거트 파우더 5wt%에 물을 잔량 혼합하여 60 내지 70℃가 되도록 15분간 가열 및 교반한 후 냉각 및 경화시켜 만들되, 당도가 18 내지 19 brix이고, pH가 3.5 내지 3.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 비만예방 한약으로 만든 젤리

- 의이인, 황기, 당귀, 용안육, 숙지황, 백하수오, 산약, 상백피, 진피, 천궁 및 육계를 혼합한 후 열탕 추출하여 한약재추출액을 얻는 한약재 추출단계;
상기 한약재추출액 30wt%, 복숭아농축액 26.5wt%, 젤라틴 3.5wt% 및 복숭아요거트 파우더 5wt%에 물을 잔량 혼합하여 60 내지 70℃가 되도록 15분간 가열 및 교반하여 당도가 18 내지 19 brix이고, pH는 3.5 내지 3.6인 젤리원액을 제조하는 원액제조단계; 및
상기 젤리원액을 18 내지 20℃의 온도에서 50 내지 70분간 냉각시킨 후 냉장고에서 18 내지 22시간 경화 시키는 경화단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비만예방 한약으로 만든 젤리 제조방법
