Abstract
또한, 집열기로부터 획득한 열에너지를 공기핀을 장착하여 외부공기를 흡입하여 공기열에너지를 취득함과 동시에 공기핀에 액체배관을 형성하여, 외부액체에 열에너지도 함께 취득하는 PV모듈의 기능과 결합한 공기 액체 복합형 집열기의 기능을 갖는 복합형 PVT모듈에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여, 상측에 투과체가 부착되며; 투과체를 투과한 태양광을 받는 PV모듈과 태양열을 흡수하는 집열판이 형성되되; 상기 PV모듈의 상측 표면에는 산화물, 금속복합체 및 산화물이 순차적으로 코팅된 금속박막코팅 구조가 부착되도록; 이루어진 태양열 흡수효율증가용 표면코팅을 갖는 PV모듈 및 집열모듈 복합 시스템을 제공하는데 있다.

Claims (4)
- 상측에 투과체(10)가 부착되며,
투과체(10)를 투과한 태양광을 받는 PV모듈(20)과 태양열을 흡수하는 집열판(53)이 형성되되;
상기 PV모듈(20)의 상측 표면에는 산화물(61), 금속복합체(62) 및 산화물(61)이 순차적으로 코팅된 금속박막코팅 구조(60)가 부착되도록 이루어지며,
상기 금속박막코팅 구조(60)의 산화물(61)은 ZnO 이며, 금속복합체(62)는 구리, 은, 니켈 중에서 선택되는 1개의 금속 및 이들의 2개 이상의 금속 화합물로 이루어지고,
산화물(61)은 20 내지 50nm 이며, 금속복합체(62)는 10 내지 15nm로 이루어지며,
상기 집열판(53)은 PV모듈(20)의 하측면에 부착되어, 열전도에 의하여 열에너지가 흡수되고, 집열판(53)의 전체 하측면에는 외부의 공기가 유입되어, 흡수되는 태양열에너지를 공기열에너지로 변화시키는 공기핀(52)이 부착되고, 상기 공기핀(52)의 내부에는 공기핀(52)의 길이방향을 향해 액체통로(51)가 좌, 우 지그재그 형태로 관통되어, 외부의 액체가 유입되어, 태양열에너지를 수 에너지로 변환시켜서, 공기 및 액체의 복합열에너지로 변환되는 집열기(50); 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양열 흡수효율증가용 표면코팅을 갖는 PV모듈 및 집열모듈 복합 시스템. - 삭제
