Abstract
- 두 개의 외층들 A 및 C는 각각 18.5 내지 23중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 폴리비닐 아세탈을 함유하고;
- 하나 이상의 내층 B는 12 내지 18중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 폴리비닐 아세탈을 함유하고;
- 층들 A, B 또는 C 중 하나 이상이 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유한다.
상기 필름 라미네이트는 자동차, 항공기, 선박, 건축 글레이징, 파사드 부품용 유리/필름 라미네이트/유리 복합재의 제조, 또는 광전지 모듈의 제조를 위해 사용될 수 있다.
Description
Claims (11)
- 각각 하나 이상의 가소제 및 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 아세탈을 함유하는 세 개 이상의 층들 A, B 및 C로부터 형성된 필름 라미네이트로서,
- 두 개의 외층들 A 및 C가 각각 18.5 내지 23 중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 폴리비닐 아세탈을 함유하고;
- 하나 이상의 내층 B가 12 내지 18 중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올기 비율을 갖는 폴리비닐 아세탈을 함유하며;
- 층들 A, B 또는 C 중 하나 이상이 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 필름 라미네이트. - 제 1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 층 A, B 또는 C가 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 두 개의 외층들 A, C가 각각 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하고, 내층이 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 두 개의 외층들 A, C가 각각 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈을 함유하고, 내층이 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 두 개의 외층들 A, C가 각각 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하고, 내층 B가 층들 A 및 C와 상이한 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 (이소)아세탈이 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 알코올을 4 내지 10개의 탄소 원자들을 함유하고 케토기에 대한 알파 위치 또는 베타 위치에 하나 이상의 분지를 갖는 하나 이상의 지방족 케토 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 (n)아세탈이 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 알코올을 2 내지 10개의 탄소 원자들을 함유하는 하나 이상의 지방족의, 비분지형 케토 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (2002년 7월 16일자의) ISO/PAS 16940에 따라 2㎜ 유리/0.8㎜ 중간-층 필름/2㎜ 유리로부터 형성된 중간-층 필름으로 제조된 샘플이 17.5 내지 22.5 ℃의 온도 범위에서 19% 이상의 제 1 모드 감쇠 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 라미네이트가 층들의 공-압출에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름 라미네이트가 층들의 결합(combining)에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 라미네이트.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자동차, 항공기, 선박, 건축 글레이징(architectural glazings), 파사드 부품용 유리/필름 라미네이트/유리 복합재의 제조, 또는 광전지 모듈의 제조를 위해 사용하기 위한 필름 라미네이트.
