Claims (5)
- 냉매를 흡입실(151)로 흡입하기 위한 흡입유로(157)에 설치되며 상기 냉매의 유동을 선택적으로 차단하는 압축기용 체크밸브(190)에 있어서,
내부로 상기 냉매가 이동하며 상기 흡입유로(157)에 직선 이동 가능하게 설치되는 밸브 케이스(195);
상기 밸브 케이스(195) 외주연에 설치되어 상기 밸브 케이스(195)를 탄성지지하는 스프링(S); 및
상기 밸브 케이스(195)에 관통되게 형성되고, 상기 밸브 케이스(195)의 이동에 따라 상기 흡입유로(157)와 상기 흡입실(151)을 연통시키는 흡입슬릿(197); 을 포함하는 압축기용 체크밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 케이스(195)는,
상기 냉매가 이동하는 본체부(191); 및 상기 냉매가 유입되는 냉매유입구(192)가 형성되는 헤드부(193); 를 포함하고,
상기 스프링(S)은,
상기 헤드부(193)와 상기 흡입유로(157)에 구비되는 단차부(159)에 위치하여 상기 밸브 케이스(195)를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 체크밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 케이스(195)의 후면에는 1개 이상의 냉매 유동홈(198)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 체크밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 흡입슬릿(197)은 상기 밸브 케이스(195)의 길이방향으로 다수가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 체크밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 케이스(195) 일단에는 상기 밸브 케이스(195)의 이동을 제한하는 돌출부(199)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기용 체크밸브.
