Claims (12)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 이형 조성물이 상기 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 백금 또는 백금을 포함하는 화합물로 이루어지는 촉매를 100 내지 10,000ppm의 범위의 양으로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 실리콘 이형 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 실리콘 이형 조성물을 필름기재의 표면들 중 어느 한 면 상에 도포하여서 형성되는 실리콘 이형층을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 이형 필름.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 이형층이 건조 후 0.05 내지 3㎛의 범위 이내의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 실리콘 이형 필름. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 이형 필름이

의 조건을 만족하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 실리콘 이형 필름:
여기에서, X는 1일 숙성 후의 박리력과 14일 경과 이후의 숙성 박리력 간의 차이임. - 제 6 항에 따른 상기 실리콘 이형 필름이 액정 디스플레이, 플라즈마 디스플레이, 개인용 휴대정보 단말기 및 네비게이션, 유기발광다이오드 및 고분자발광 다이오드(Polymer Light Emitting Diodes)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나에 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학용 표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 따른 실리콘 이형 필름이 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- (1) 하기 화학식 2의 화합물과 하기 화학식 3의 화합물을 약산성의 조건 하에서 2 내지 4시간 동안 반응시켜 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 실란 커플링제를 제조하는 커플링제 제조단계; 및
(2) 상기 커플링제 제조단계에서 수득되는 실란 커플링제를 실리콘 주제, 실리콘 경화제 및 실리콘 계면활성제와 혼합하여 실리콘 이형 조성물을 제조하되, 실리콘 주제로서 알케닐폴리실록산 100중량부를 기준으로 하여, 실리콘 경화제 3.5 내지 10중량부, 실란 커플링제 0.1 내지 6.0중량부 및 실리콘 계면활성제 0.2 내지 1.2중량부를 포함하도록 혼합하는 혼합단계;

- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 이형 조성물이 상기 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 백금 또는 백금을 포함하는 화합물로 이루어지는 촉매를 100 내지 10,000ppm의 범위의 양으로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 실리콘 이형 조성물의 제조방법.
