도 5-8은 본 발명에 따른 바이오센서의 구성의 다양한 예를 도시한다.

Claims (25)
- 병렬로 감긴 와이어를 포함하는 할로우 코일 및 상기 할로우 코일에 작동가능하게 연결된 전자 회로 부품을 포함하는 바이오센서로서,
상기 와이어는 적어도, 상대 전극으로서 사용되는 제1 코일 와이어, 작업 전극으로서 사용되는 제2 코일 와이어, 및 기준 전극으로서 사용되는 제3 코일 와이어를 포함하고,
상기 제2 코일 와이어에는, 바이오리셉터를 포함하는 생체적합성 층이 제공되고,
상기 전자 회로 부품은 상기 바이오리셉터의 활성에 기초하여 트랜스시버에 대한 입력 신호를 생성 및 상기 트랜스시버에 입력 신호를 무선으로 전송 가능하고,
상기 전자 회로 부품은 생체적합성 수지에 캡슐화된 것인, 바이오센서. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2 코일 와이어는 Pt 표면을 갖는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이오리셉터를 포함하는 생체적합성 층은 전기전도성인 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 코일은 생체적합성 물질의 최상층에 캡슐화된 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 생체적합성 물질은 친수성 물질인 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 친수성 물질은, 소수성 반응성 모노머와 친수성 반응성 모노머의 코폴리머; 지방족 영역에 있는 하나 이상의 탄소에 의해 각각의 블록이 상이한, 폴리에테르의 블록 코폴리머; 및 다당류의 호모폴리머로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것인 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 생체적합성 수지는 UV 경화성 의료용 접착제인 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 제3 코일 와이어는 은 / 염화은 기준 전극인 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 와이어는, 안테나로서 사용될 수 있는 절연 층으로 코팅된 제4 코일 와이어를 더 포함하는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 와이어는, 스페이서로서 사용될 수 있는 절연 층으로 코팅된 제5 코일 와이어를 더 포함하는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 절연 층은 파릴렌; 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌; 플루오르화된 에틸렌 프로필렌; 퍼플루오로알콕시 코폴리머; 폴리페닐렌 설파이드; 폴리에테르 블록 아미드; 폴리에테르 케톤; 폴리아미드; 폴리이미드; 폴리에스테르이미드; 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 같은 폴리에틸렌; 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드; 또는 폴리우레탄 또는 이들의 코폴리머로 만들어진 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 추가의 작업 전극으로서 사용될 수 있는, 바이오리셉터를 포함하는 생체적합성 층이 제공된 하나 이상의 추가의 코일 와이어를 포함하는, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이오리셉터는 산화환원효소인 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이오리셉터는 효소 커미션 그룹 EC 1.X.3의 산화환원효소이고, X = 1 - 17인 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이오리셉터는 글루코스 산화효소, 젖산 탈수소효소, 피루빈산염 탈수소효소 및 피루빈산염 산화효소로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이오센서는 0.1 mm 내지 3 mm의 직경을 갖는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이오센서는 5 mm 내지 20 mm의 길이를 갖는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 전자 회로 부품은 상기 코일의 말단에 부착되고, 상기 코일의 다른 말단에는 생체적합성 수지가 제공되는 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 바이오센서는 생체적합성 물질의 최상층에 캡슐화된 것인, 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 바이오센서 및 원격 수신기를 포함하는 의료 장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 바이오센서의 제조 방법으로서, 하기 단계:
1) 할로우 코일을 제공하는 단계,
2) 상기 할로우 코일을 전기 회로 부품과 연결하는 단계 및
3) 상기 전기 회로 부품을 생체적합성 수지로 캡슐화하는 단계
를 포함하는 것인, 바이오센서의 제조 방법. - 눈(eye)에서 글루코스 수준을 측정하는데 사용하기 위한, 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 바이오센서.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 바이오센서 또는 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 바이오센서 및 원격 수신기를 포함하는 의료 장치를 사용하는 것에 의한 인간을 제외한 대상에 대한, 당뇨병 진단 방법.
- 눈에서 글루코스 수준을 측정하는데 사용하기 위한, 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 기재된 바이오센서 및 원격 수신기를 포함하는 의료 장치.
