Claims (6)
- i) 표백 펄프의 농도가 5 내지 15 중량%인 펄프 조성물을 압착하거나, ii) 펄프의 농도가 80 중량% 이상인 마켓 펄프 조성물에 희석수를 투입하여,
펄프의 농도가 25 내지 50 중량%인 펄프 조성물을 준비하는 단계;
상기 펄프 조성물에 펄프 농도가 20 중량% 이상 및 NaOH 농도 5 내지 15 중량%가 되도록 NaOH 용액을 투입하여 교반하는 단계;
상기 NaOH 용액이 투입된 상기 펄프 조성물을 반응시키는 단계;
반응이 끝난 상기 펄프 조성물에 희석수를 투입하여 펄프 농도 5 내지 10 중량% 및 NaOH 농도 2 내지 5 중량%가 되도록 혼합하는 단계;
상기 펄프 농도가 5 내지 10 중량%인 펄프 조성물을 압착하여 펄프의 농도가 25 내지 50 중량%인 펄프 조성물을 얻고 추출액을 분리하는 단계; 및
상기 펄프의 농도가 25 내지 50 중량%인 펄프 조성물을 세척하여 용해용 펄프를 얻는 단계;
를 포함하는 용해용 펄프 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 NaOH 용액이 투입된 상기 펄프 조성물의 공급 온도는 30 내지 40℃인 것인 용해용 펄프 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 NaOH 용액이 투입된 상기 펄프 조성물을 교반하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 용해용 펄프 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 추출액은 자일란 및 NaOH를 포함하는 것인 용해용 펄프 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 추출액 중에서 자일란을 추출하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 용해용 펄프 제조 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 NaOH 용액은 상기 자일란이 추출된 추출액을 포함하는 것인 용해용 펄프 제조 방법.
