Description
도 2는 실시예에 따른 라이다 장치가 송광 시 단면도이고,
도 3은 실시예에 따른 라이다 장치가 수광 시 단면도이고,
도 4는 다양한 실시예에 따른 라이다 장치의 송신부와 제1 렌즈부를 도시한 도면이고,
도 5는 실시예에 따른 라이다 장치의 반사부, 제2 렌즈부 및 제3 렌즈부를 도시한 도면이고,
도 6은 실시예에 따른 초점 렌즈와 제4 렌즈부를 도시한 도면이고,
도 7은 실시예에 따른 라이다 시스템을 도시한 도면이고,
도 8은 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 라이다 장치가 차량에 장착된 예를 나타낸다.
Claims (10)
- 광신호인 제1 신호를 조사하는 송신부;
상기 제1 신호를 평행광으로 변환시키는 제1 렌즈부;
상기 변환된 제1 신호의 방향을 피사체를 향하도록 조절하는 반사부;
상기 반사부의 반사 각도의 변동에도 상기 조절된 제1 신호가 동일 초점면을 갖게하는 제2 렌즈부;
상기 제2 렌즈부를 통과한 제1 신호를 평행광으로 변환시키는 제3 렌즈부;
상기 제3 렌즈부를 통과한 제1 신호의 각도를 증가시키는 제4 렌즈부;
상기 제4 렌즈부를 통과한 제1 신호가 피사체로부터 반사되고, 반사된 제2 신호를 수신하는 수신부;를 포함하고,
상기 제1 렌즈부와 상기 반사부 사이에 배치되는 제5 렌즈부; 및 상기 제5 렌즈부와 상기 수신부 사이에 배치되는 제6 렌즈부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 제2 신호는 상기 제4 렌즈부, 상기 제3 렌즈부, 상기 제2 렌즈부, 상기 반사부, 상기 제5 렌즈부 및 상기 제6 렌즈부를 순차로 통과하고,
상기 제1 렌즈부는 상기 제1 신호의 방향을 상기 반사부를 향하도록 조절하는 제1 미러를 포함하는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제1 신호 및 제2 신호는,
상기 반사부와 상기 제2 렌즈부 사이, 그리고
상기 제3 렌즈부와 상기 피사체 사이에서 평행광인 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 신호는 상기 반사부와 상기 제4 렌즈부 사이에서 제1 신호와 동일한 광 경로를 갖는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제5 렌즈부는,
상기 수신부로 광을 집광하는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서
상기 제2 렌즈부와 상기 제3 렌즈부 사이에서 상기 동일 초점면에 위치하는 초점 렌즈;를 더 포함하는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사부는 상기 동일 초점면과 상기 제3 렌즈부 사이의 초점 변위에 따른 광학 수차를 보상하는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 반사부는 상기 반사 각도의 조절을 제어하여 상기 광학 수차를 보상하는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 반사부는 MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical system) 미러를 포함하는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 신호와 상기 제2 신호는 적어도 일부 영역에서 중첩되는 스캐닝 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 신호는 상기 제5 렌즈부 내에서 면적이 증가하는 스캐닝 장치.
