Claims (15)
- 수계 접착제를 통해 두께 20 ㎛ 이하의 편광자층의 한쪽 면에 제2 보호 필름을 접합한 후, 건조시키는 공정과,
활성 에너지선 경화성 접착제를 통해 상기 편광자층의 다른쪽 면에 제1 보호 필름을 접합하는 공정과,
투명 점착제층을 구비하는 공정을 순서대로 포함하고,
투명 점착제층을 구비하는 공정이 편광판의 제1 보호 필름 측에 투명 점착제층을 구비하는 공정인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법. - 기재 필름과 두께 20 ㎛ 이하의 편광자층을 구비하는 편광성 적층 필름의 편광자층 위에 수계 접착제를 통해 제2 보호 필름을 접합한 후, 건조시켜 접합 필름을 얻는 공정과,

상기 편면 보호 필름 부착 편광판의 편광자층 위에 활성 에너지선 경화성 접착제를 통해 제1 보호 필름을 접합하는 공정과,
투명 점착제층을 구비하는 공정을 포함하고,
투명 점착제층을 구비하는 공정이 편광판의 제1 보호 필름 측에 투명 점착제층을 구비하는 공정인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호 필름과 상기 제2 보호 필름의 적어도 어느 한쪽은, 그 투습도가 1000 g/㎡ㆍ24hr 이하인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 보호 필름은 그 투습도가 10∼1000 g/㎡ㆍ24hr인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 편광자층은 이색성 색소를 함유하는 연신 된 폴리비닐알콜계 수지층인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 편광자층은 그 두께가 10 ㎛ 이하인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 편광판은 대각 길이가 3~32 cm인 사각형 형상을 갖는 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 편광판은 상기 제1 보호 필름 또는 상기 제2 보호 필름의 편광자층과는 반대측의 표면에 적층되는 표면 처리층을 더 구비하는 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표면 처리층이 하드 코트층, 반사 방지층 또는 도전층인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호 필름 또는 상기 제2 보호 필름은 두께가 50 ㎛ 이하인 것인 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 보호 필름 또는 상기 제2 보호 필름은 80℃에서의 인장 탄성률이 1500 MPa 이상인 편광판의 제조 방법.
