상기 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물 100중량부를 기준으로, 55중량부 내지 65중량부의 반응형 폴리프로필렌과, 35중량부 내지 45중량부의 폴리프로필렌 블록 코폴리머의 블렌드 수지를 포함하고,
상기 블렌드 수지에 대해서 0.001중량부 내지 10중량부의 첨가제를 더 포함하고,
상기 반응형 폴리프로필렌은,
반응기 내에서 에틸렌 및 프로필렌 이외에 α-올레핀으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 올레핀 코모너머와 프로필렌 모너머가 중합되어 형성된 폴리프로필렌 코폴리머와,
상기 폴리프로필렌 코폴리머로 이루어진 매트릭스 내에 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무가 화학 또는 물리적으로 결합되어 형성되고,
상기 폴리프로필렌 블록 코폴리머는,
65중량부 내지 82중량부의 프로필렌 호모폴리머와 18중량부 내지 35중량부의 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무가 반응기 내에서 단계적으로 중합되어 형성된 에틸렌-프로필렌 블록 코폴리머를 포함하고,
상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무 중 에틸렌의 함량은 25중량부 내지 50중량부이며,
상기 반응형 폴리프로필렌의 용융점은 160℃ 이상이고, 용융엔탈피는 20J/g 내지 30J/g이며, 용융지수는 0.5g/10min 내지 2g/10min이고,
상기 폴리프로필렌 블록 코폴리머의 용융점은 160℃ 이상이고, 용융엔탈피는 50J/g 내지 70J/g이며, 용융지수는 3.0g/10min내지 4g/10min인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물의 굴곡탄성율은 2000kg/㎠ 내지 4000kg/㎠인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물의 용융점은 160℃ 내지 180℃이고, 용융지수는 1g/10분 내지 10g/10분 (230℃)인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물의 절연내력은 45kV/mm 이상이고, 체적고유저항은 1014 이상인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물의 절연내력은 45kV/mm 내지 65kV/mm이고, 체적고유저항은 1014 내지 1017인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물의 밀도는 0.8g/㎤ 내지 0.92g/㎤인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물의 밀도는 0.84g/㎤ 내지 0.90g/㎤인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 산화방지제, 조핵제 (nucleating agent), 산스캐빈저 (acid-scavenger) 중 하나 이상인 전력케이블용 폴리프로필렌 복합수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
