Claims (19)
- 다수의 필름층, 다수의 필름층에 설치되는 다수의 터치 제어 전극, 상기 터치 제어 전극과 일일이 대응되게 설치되는 다수의 와이어 및 터치 제어 칩을 포함하고, 상기 와이어는 상기 터치 제어 전극을 상기 터치 제어 칩에 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 터치 제어 전극에 일부분 연결되는 다수의 상기 와이어는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제1 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 터치 제어 전극에 다른 일 부분 연결되는 다수의 상기 와이어는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제2 필름층에 설치되며, 상기 터치 제어 전극은 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제3 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 다수의 와이어는 순차적으로 평행 배열되며, 서로 인접한 두 개의 상기 와이어는 상이한 필름층에 위치하고, 상기 와이어는 관통홀을 통과하여 대응되는 상기 터치 제어 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 다수의 필름층, 다수의 필름층에 설치되는 다수의 터치 제어 전극, 상기 터치 제어 전극과 일일이 대응되게 설치되는 다수의 와이어 및 터치 제어 칩을 포함하고, 상기 와이어는 상기 터치 제어 전극을 상기 터치 제어 칩에 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 터치 제어 전극에 일부분 연결되는 다수의 상기 와이어는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제1 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 터치 제어 전극에 다른 일 부분 연결되는 다수의 상기 와이어는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제2 필름층에 설치되고,
상기 터치 제어 전극은 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제3 필름층에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.

- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 와이어는 순차적으로 평행 배열되며, 서로 인접한 두 개의 상기 와이어는 상이한 필름층에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 와이어는 관통홀을 통과하여 대응되는 상기 터치 제어 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 패널은 어레이 기판을 포함하고, 상기 터치 제어 전극은 어레이 기판의 공통 전극층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 터치 제어 전극은 매트릭스 형식으로 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 패널은 픽셀 전극 및 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하고, 상기 픽셀 전극은 상기 제3 필름층의 표면에 설치되며, 상기 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제4 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 박막 트랜지스터는 관통홀을 통과하여 상기 픽셀 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 제 8항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 필름층은 어레이 기판에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 제4 필름층은 상기 어레이 기판에 설치되고, 상기 제2 필름층은 상기 제4 필름층에 설치되며, 상기 제1 필름층은 상기 제2 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 제3 필름층은 상기 제1 필름층에 설치되며, 상기 픽셀 전극은 상기 제3 필름층과 멀리 떨어진 상기 제1 필름층의 표면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널.
- 터치 제어 기능을 구비하는 패널을 포함하고, 상기 패널은 다수의 필름층, 다수의 필름층에 설치되는 다수의 터치 제어 전극, 상기 터치 제어 전극과 일일이 대응되게 설치되는 다수의 와이어 및 터치 제어 칩을 포함하며, 상기 와이어는 상기 터치 제어 전극을 상기 터치 제어 칩에 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 터치 제어 전극에 일부분 연결되는 다수의 상기 와이어는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제1 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 터치 제어 전극에 다른 일 부분 연결되는 다수의 상기 와이어는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제2 필름층에 설치되고,
상기 터치 제어 전극은 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제3 필름층에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.

상기 다수의 와이어는 순차적으로 평행 배열되며, 서로 인접한 두 개의 상기 와이어는 상이한 필름층에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 와이어는 관통홀을 통과하여 대응되는 상기 터치 제어 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 패널은 어레이 기판을 포함하고, 상기 터치 제어 전극은 어레이 기판의 공통 전극층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 터치 제어 전극은 매트릭스 형식으로 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 패널은 픽셀 전극 및 박막 트랜지스터를 더 포함하고, 상기 픽셀 전극은 상기 제3 필름층의 표면에 설치되며, 상기 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 다수의 필름층 중의 제4 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 박막 트랜지스터는 관통홀을 통과하여 상기 픽셀 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 제 17항에 있어서,
상기 다수의 필름층은 어레이 기판에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 제 18항에 있어서,
상기 제4 필름층은 상기 어레이 기판에 설치되고, 상기 제2 필름층은 상기 제4 필름층에 설치되며, 상기 제1 필름층은 상기 제2 필름층에 설치되고, 상기 제3 필름층은 상기 제1 필름층에 설치되며, 상기 픽셀 전극은 상기 제3 필름층과 멀리 떨어진 상기 제1 필름층의 표면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
