Claims (5)
- 유압 펌프 장치와, 이 유압 펌프 장치로부터 압유가 공급되어 제1 피구동체를 구동하는 제1 유압 액추에이터와, 상기 유압 펌프 장치로부터 압유가 공급되어 제2 피구동체를 구동하는 제2 유압 액추에이터와, 상기 유압 펌프 장치로부터 상기 제1 유압 액추에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 제1 제어 밸브와, 상기 유압 펌프 장치로부터 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 제어하는 제2 제어 밸브와, 상기 제1 피구동체의 동작을 명령하는 조작 신호를 출력해서 상기 제1 제어 밸브를 전환하는 제1 조작 장치와, 상기 제2 피구동체의 동작을 명령하는 조작 신호를 출력해서 상기 제2 제어 밸브를 전환하는 제2 조작 장치를 구비하고,
상기 제1 유압 액추에이터는, 상기 제1 조작 장치가 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하 방향으로 조작되었을 때, 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하에 의해 보텀측으로부터 압유를 배출하고 로드측으로부터 압유를 흡입하는 유압 실린더인 작업 기계의 유압 구동 시스템에 있어서,
상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측을 상기 유압 펌프 장치와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터와의 사이에 접속하는 재생 통로 및 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측으로부터 배출되는 압유의 적어도 일부를 상기 재생 통로를 통해 상기 유압 펌프 장치와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터의 사이에 공급하는 재생 제어 밸브를 갖는 재생 회로와,
상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측을 상기 유압 실린더의 로드측에 접속하는 연통 통로 및 상기 연통 통로에 배치되고, 상기 제1 조작 장치의 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하 방향의 조작 신호에 기초해서 완전 개방하여, 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측을 로드측에 연통시킴으로써 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측 압력을 승압시키는 연통 승압 밸브를 갖는 승압 회로와,
상기 제1 조작 장치가 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하 방향으로 조작되고, 이것과 동시에 상기 제2 조작 장치가 조작되었을 때, 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측 압력이 상기 유압 펌프 장치와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터와의 사이의 압력보다도 높은 경우에 상기 재생 제어 밸브를 개방해서 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측으로부터 상기 유압 펌프 장치와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터와의 사이에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비하고,
상기 제1 제어 밸브는, 상기 제1 조작 장치가 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하 방향으로 조작되었을 때 미터 아웃 통로가 탱크에 연통함과 함께, 미터 인 통로가 폐쇄되도록 구성되며,
상기 연통 승압 밸브는, 완전 개방했을 때 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측과 로드측의 압력이 동일 압력으로 되도록 최대 개구 면적이 설정되어 있으며,
상기 제1 조작 장치가 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하 방향으로 조작된 경우에, 상기 제1 제어 밸브가 상기 미터 인 통로가 폐쇄되는 방향으로 전환됨과 함께, 상기 연통 승압 밸브가 완전 개방하여, 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측 압력을 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측과 로드측의 수압 면적비에 따른 배율로 승압시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계의 유압 구동 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측과 탱크와의 사이에 설치된 배출 스로틀 밸브를 더 구비하고,

상기 제어 장치는, 상기 제1 조작 장치의 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하 방향의 조작 신호에 기초하여 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측으로부터 배출되어야 할 목표 보텀 유량을 산출함과 함께, 상기 제2 제어 밸브가 요구하는 재생 가능 유량을 산출하여, 상기 목표 보텀 유량과 상기 재생 가능 유량 중, 작은 쪽을 목표 재생 유량으로서 설정하고, 상기 목표 보텀 유량에서 상기 목표 재생 유량을 차감해서 목표 배출 유량을 산출하여, 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터측에 재생되는 압유의 유량이 상기 목표 재생 유량에 일치하도록 상기 재생 제어 밸브를 제어하고, 상기 탱크로 되돌려지는 유량이 상기 목표 배출 유량에 일치하도록 상기 배출 스로틀 밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업 기계의 유압 구동 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 재생 제어 밸브는, 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측으로부터 탱크에 배출되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제1 스로틀과, 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측으로부터 상기 유압 펌프 장치와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터의 사이에 공급되는 압유의 유량을 제어하는 제2 스로틀을 갖고,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 제1 조작 장치의 상기 제1 피구동체의 자중 낙하 방향의 조작량과, 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측 압력과, 상기 유압 펌프 장치와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터와의 사이의 압력에 기초하여, 상기 재생 제어 밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업 기계의 유압 구동 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유압 펌프 장치는 적어도 하나의 가변 용량형 유압 펌프를 포함하고,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 재생 제어 밸브를 개방해서 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측으로부터 상기 유압 펌프와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터와의 사이에 압유를 공급할 때, 상기 유압 실린더의 보텀측으로부터 상기 유압 펌프와 상기 제2 유압 액추에이터와의 사이에 공급되는 재생 유량 분만큼, 상기 유압 펌프의 용량을 감소시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업 기계의 유압 구동 시스템.
