Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- (a) 하이드록실 기를 포함하고, 폭스 방정식에 따라 결정 시에 적어도 30℃의 Tg를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 중합체,
(b) 하이드록실 기를 포함하고, 폴리스타이렌 표준 물질을 사용하여 겔 침투 크로마토그래피에 의해 결정 시에 3000 미만의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖고, 아세트산 무수물 아세틸화를 이용한 하이드록실 기에 대한 ASTM E222-10 표준 시험 방법에 따라 결정 시에 적어도 100의 하이드록실 가를 갖는 폴리에스터, 및
(c) 적어도 두 개의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 가교결합제
를 포함하는 프라이머 코팅 조성물로서,
상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체가 방향족 기를 함유하지 않거나, (메트)아크릴계 중합체를 제조하는 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 미만의 방향족 기를 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체가 30 내지 100℃의 Tg를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체가 40 내지 90℃의 Tg를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체가 15 내지 100의 하이드록실 가 및 5,000 내지 25,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체가, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 이소-부틸 메타크릴레이트, sec-부틸 메타크릴레이트, t-부틸 아크릴레이트, t-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 사이클로헥실 메타크릴레이트, 이소보닐 아크릴레이트, 이소보닐 메타크릴레이트, 테트라메틸 사이클로헥실 메타크릴레이트, 및 이들의 조합물 중에서 선택된 고 Tg (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체의 잔기를 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스터가 500 내지 3,000 미만의 중량 평균 분자량 및 100 내지 300의 하이드록실 가를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스터가 800 내지 2,000의 중량 평균 분자량 및 120 내지 250의 하이드록실 가를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스터가 지방족 폴리에스터인, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스터가, 적어도 두 개의 하이드록실 기를 가진 하나 이상의 폴리올의 잔기를 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
각각의 폴리올이 적어도 3 개의 하이드록실 기를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스터가, 적어도 하나의 환형 카복실산 에스터의 잔기를 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리에스터가,
3 개의 하이드록실 기를 갖는 적어도 하나의 폴리올의 잔기, 및
적어도 하나의 환형 카복실산 에스터의 잔기
로 이루어진, 프라이머 코팅 조성물로서,
상기 적어도 하나의 폴리올의 잔기와 상기 적어도 하나의 환형 카복실산 에스터의 잔기가 상기 폴리에스터의 99 중량% 이상을 차지하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가교결합제가 지방족 가교결합제를 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 가교결합제가 지방족 다이이소시아네이트의 하나 이상의 이소시아누레이트 부가물을 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 지방족 다이이소시아네이트가 1,4-테트라메틸렌 다이이소시아네이트, 1,6-헥사메틸렌 다이이소시아네이트, 1,4-사이클로헥실 다이이소시아네이트, 이소포론 다이이소시아네이트, 4,4'-메틸렌-비스(사이클로헥실 이소시아네이트), 및 이들의 조합물 중에서 선택되는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체가 상기 프라이머 조성물 중에, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체 및 상기 폴리에스터의 고체 중량을 기준으로, 50 중량% 내지 96 중량%의 양으로 존재하고,
상기 폴리에스터가 상기 프라이머 조성물 중에, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체 및 상기 폴리에스터의 고체 중량을 기준으로, 4 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 존재하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 코팅 조성물이 0.5 : 1 내지 1.8 : 1의 이소시아네이트 기 대 하이드록실 기의 당량 비를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 코팅 조성물이 0.6 : 1 내지 1.6 : 1의 이소시아네이트 기 대 하이드록실 기의 당량 비를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 코팅 조성물이 0.8 : 1 내지 1.3 : 1의 이소시아네이트 기 대 하이드록실 기의 당량 비를 갖는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 프라이머 코팅 조성물이 적어도 하나의 안료를 포함하는, 프라이머 코팅 조성물. - (a) 제1 코팅을 포함하는 코팅된 영역 및 상기 코팅된 영역 내부에 위치하는 보수된 영역을 포함하는 기재;
(b) 상기 보수된 영역 내에 위치된 프라이머 층; 및
(c) 상기 프라이머 층 위에 위치되는 적어도 하나의 제2 코팅
을 포함하며, 이때 상기 제1 코팅 및 제2 코팅은 서로 동일 평면에 있는, 코팅된 제품으로서,
상기 프라이머 층이
(i) 하이드록실 기를 포함하고, 폭스 방정식에 따라 결정 시에 적어도 30℃의 Tg를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 중합체,
(ii) 하이드록실 기를 포함하고, 폴리스타이렌 표준 물질을 사용하여 겔 침투 크로마토그래피에 의해 결정 시에 3000 미만의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖고, 아세트산 무수물 아세틸화를 이용한 하이드록실 기에 대한 ASTM E222-10 표준 시험 방법에 따라 결정 시에 적어도 100의 하이드록실 가를 갖는 폴리에스터, 및
(iii) 적어도 두 개의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 가교결합제
를 포함하는 프라이머 코팅 조성물로부터 형성되고, 이때 상기 (메트)아크릴계 중합체가 방향족 기를 함유하지 않거나, (메트)아크릴계 중합체를 제조하는 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 중량% 미만의 방향족 기를 포함하는, 코팅된 제품. - 제 22 항에 있어서,
상기 코팅된 제품이, 상기 제2 코팅에 가시적으로 관찰가능한 고리형 결함이 없는 것인, 코팅된 제품.
