Claims (11)
- 대향하는 제1 주표면 및 제2 주표면을 갖는 기재, 및
이방성(anisotropic) 나노구조화된 표면을 갖는, 제1 주표면 상의 제1 층
을 포함하는 물품으로서,
제1 층은 제1 랜덤 나노구조화된 표면을 갖고,
제1 층은 최대 0.5 마이크로미터의 평균 두께를 갖고,
제1 랜덤 이방성 나노구조화된 표면은, 10 이상:1의 높이 대 폭 비를 갖는 나노특징부(nanofeature)를 포함하고,
나노특징부는 제1 주표면에 수직인, 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 층은 매트릭스 및 나노스케일 분산상을 포함하는, 물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 매트릭스는 중합체 매트릭스인, 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 기재의 제1 주표면과 제1 층 사이에 배치된 기능층을 추가로 포함하며, 이러한 기능층은 투명 전도성 층 또는 가스 배리어(barrier) 층 중 적어도 하나인, 물품.
