하단이 상기 베이스 프레임의 일측에 배치되며, 상단에 지면과 수직한 방향으로 회동되는 구동 암이 구비된 본체;
상기 구동 암에 결합되어 상기 구동 암의 동작에 따라 상승 또는 하강하는 상부 커팅부와, 지면과 수직한 방향을 따라 상기 상부 커팅부와 대향되도록, 상기 베이스 프레임의 타측에 고정 배치되는 하부 커팅부로 구성되는 커팅부;
상기 커팅부로 삽입되는 전선이 미리 정해진 길이만큼 삽입되도록, 상기 본체로부터 상기 커팅부 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 가이드부; 및
상기 통공에 관통 삽입된 와이어를 통해 상기 구동 암과 연결되며, 상기 전선을 감싸는 피복이 상기 커팅부에 의해 제거되도록, 사용자로부터 제공받은 외력을 상기 와이어를 통해 상기 구동 암으로 전달하는 발판 부재를 포함하되,
상기 전선 피복 제거 장치는, 상기 구동 암의 하강 거리를 조절하는 제1 조절 나사와, 상기 가이드부의 돌출 방향을 조절하는 제2 조절 나사와, 상기 커팅부를 가열시키는 가열 수단과, 상기 가열 수단의 가열 온도를 조절하는 온도 조절 수단을 더 포함하고,
상기 발판 부재에 외력이 가해지면, 상기 발판 부재와 연결된 상기 와이어에 의해 상기 구동 암이 지면 방향으로 당겨지면서 상기 구동 암과 연결된 상기 상부 커팅부가 상기 하부 커팅부 쪽으로 접근하여, 상기 상부 커팅부와 상기 하부 커팅부 사이에 삽입된 상기 전선을 감싸는 피복을 절단하되,
상기 커팅부에 의한 피복 절단 과정에서 전선의 도체가 손상되지 않도록, 상기 제1 조절 나사에 의해 상기 구동 암의 최대 하강 거리가 제한되어 상기 상부 커팅부는 상기 하부 커팅부로부터 미리 정해진 이격 거리만큼만 하강되고,
상기 구동 암이 하강하여 상기 상부 커팅부 및 상기 하부 커팅부가 상기 피복과 접촉하면, 상기 가열 수단에 의해 가열된 상기 상부 커팅부 및 상기 하부 커팅부에 의해 상기 피복이 융해되면서, 상기 상부 커팅부 및 상기 하부 커팅부의 절삭면에 의해 상기 피복이 절삭되며,
상기 가이드부는, 상기 전선이 미리 정해진 길이만큼만 삽입되어 상기 커팅부에 의해 상기 피복이 일정한 길이로 절단되도록, 상기 제2 조절 나사에 의해 상기 커팅부와 일정 거리를 유지하도록 돌출되어 상기 커팅부로 삽입된 상기 전선과 접촉함으로써 상기 전선의 삽입 길이를 가이드하고,
상기 베이스 프레임과 본체는 접착제 조성물에 의해 부착되고,
상기 접착제 조성물은 주제 및 경화제를 포함하고,
상기 주제는, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(EVA) 수지 30~90 중량부, 폴리비닐알콜(PVA) 1~30 중량부, 물 10~30 중량부, 탄산칼슘 5~30 중량부, 계면활성제 0.1~1 중량부 및 요변성 부여제 1~20 중량부를 포함하며,
상기 폴리비닐알콜은 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 수지 30~90 중량부에 대해서 1~30 중량부로 포함되고,
산화안티몬 및 산화지르코늄은 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 수지 30~90 중량부에 대해서 각각 5~10 중량부로 포함되며,
소듐 실리케이트는 고형분 기준으로 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 수지 30~90 중량부에 대해서 3~7 중량부로 포함되고,
이황화 몰리브덴은 고형분 기준으로 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 수지 30~90 중량부에 대해서 1~5 중량부로 포함되며,
난연제는 백반 분말이고, 상기 난연제는 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 수지 100 중량부에 대해서 1~5 중량부로 포함되고,
수산화알루미늄은 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 30~90 중량부에 대해서 5~10 중량부로 포함되고,
이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하는 경화제는 주제 100 중량부에 대해서 1~20 중량부로 포함되
는, 전선 피복 제거 장치.
