도 2는 본 발명의 콘크리트 일체형 유무기 하이브리드 방수재와 단열 및 보강재료를 이용한 외단열, 방수 및 보강 복합 구조를 나타내는 측단면도

Claims (9)
- 콘크리트 벽체 외부 표면에 단열재가 형성되고 상기 단열재 외부 표면에 조적벽체 또는 외벽체가 형성된 콘크리트 외단열 구조체의 상기 조적벽체 또는 외부벽체 표면에, 아크릴레이트, 메타아크릴레이트 및 부타디엔고무 라텍스를 포함하는 조성물을 공중합시켜 제조되는 아크릴계 공중합 액상수지에 시멘트분말 및 다공질 장석입자를 혼합한 유무기 하이브리드 방수재 조성물을 도포하여 형성된 유무기 하이브리드 방수재층과;
상기 유무기 하이브리드 방수재층 외부 표면에 시멘트분말, 규사 및 다공질 장석입자를 포함하여 구성되는 모르타르가 도포되어 형성된 제1모르타르층과;
상기 제1모르타르층의 외부 표면에 부착 형성되는 마감재;를 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 다공질 장석입자는 입자크기 40㎛ ~ 1mm이고,
상기 제1모르타르층과 상기 마감재 사이에는 부직포, 탄소섬유, 유리섬유, 아라미드섬유, 폴리에스터섬유, 금속섬유 중에서 선택되는 보강섬유로 보강된 보강섬유층이 형성되며,
상기 보강섬유층과 상기 마감재 사이에는 시멘트분말, 규사 및 다공질 장석입자를 포함하여 구성되는 모르타르가 샌드위치 도포되어 제2모르타르층이 형성되고,
상기 유무기 하이브리드 방수재층, 제1모르타르층 및 제2모르타르층에 포함된 다공질 장석입자는 단열재료로서 상기 유무기 하이브리드 방수재층, 제1모르타르층 및 제2모르타르층에 다공성을 부여하여 단열효과를 발현시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 일체형 유무기 하이브리드 방수재와 단열 및 보강재료를 이용한 외단열, 방수 및 보강 복합 구조
