Claims (15)
- 화학 조성물(chemical composition)로서,
배터리 활성 금속 양이온들(battery active metal cations) 및 반응성 음이온들(reactive anions)의 수혼화성(water miscible) 용액; 및
수혼화성 유기 물질을 포함하고,
상기 수혼화성 유기 물질은,
카보하이드라지드(carbohydrazide), 옥살산 디하이드라지드(oxalic acid dihydrazide), 말론산 디하이드라지드(malonic acid dihydrazide), 말레인산 하이드라지드(maleic hydrazide), 디포르밀 하이드라지드(diformyl hydrazide), 테트라포르말 트라이사진(tetraformal trisazine), 및 이의 조합들 및 유도체들로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 화합물인,
화학 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 반응성 음이온들은, 질산염(nitrate), 아세테이트(acetate), 구연산염(citrate), 주석산염(tartrate), 아지드(azide), 아미드(amide), 및 이의 조합들 또는 유도체들로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 하나 또는 둘 이상의 음이온들을 포함하는,

전구체 혼합물(precursor blend)을 형성하기 위해, 아미노 화합물을 포함하는 수혼화성 물질과 상기 용액을 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 전구체 혼합물에 에너지를 부가함으로써 상기 전구체 혼합물을 반응시켜서, 전기화학적 분말(powder)을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 수혼화성 물질은,
카보하이드라지드, 옥살산 디하이드라지드, 말론산 디하이드라지드, 말레인산 하이드라지드, 디포르밀 하이드라지드, 테트라포르말 트라이사진, 및 이의 조합들 및 유도체들로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 화합물인,
전기화학적 물질을 형성하는 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
각각의 전기화학적 전구체 염은 질산염, 아세테이트, 구연산염, 주석산염, 아지드, 또는 아미드인,
