Claims (7)
- 용매 및 하이드라진을 포함하고,
Ag, Au, 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함하는 플라즈모닉 금속 나노와이어를 포함하는 전도성 막 위에 코팅되는 전도성 막 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드라진은 상기 조성물 100 중량%에 대하여 5 내지 45 중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 막 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물(H2O), 2-MEA 또는 메탄올 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 막 코팅용 조성물.
- 투명 기재;
상기 투명 기재의 일면에 배치되고, Ag, Au, 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함하는 플라즈모닉 금속을 포함하는 전도성 막; 및
상기 전도성 막 상에 배치되고, 하이드라진을 포함하는 전도성 막 코팅층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전도성 막.
- 투명 기재를 준비하는 단계 (단계 1);
상기 투명 기재의 일면에 Ag, Au, 및 Al로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함하는 플라즈모닉 금속을 포함하는 전도성 막을 증착하는 단계 (단계 2); 및
상기 전도성 막 상에 용매 및 하이드라진을 포함하는 전도성 막 코팅용 조성물을 코팅하는 단계 (단계 3);를 포함하는 투명 전도성 막의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계 3의 하이드라진은 상기 조성물 100 중량%에 대하여 5 내지 45 중량% 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전도성 막의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물(H2O), 2-MEA 또는 메탄올 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 전도성 막의 제조방법.
