Claims (4)
- 레이저 발진기 및 광학계로 이루어져 가공용 레이저 빔을 방출하는 레이저모듈부(110)와, 제어신호에 따라 상기 레이저모듈부(110)를 X-Y축 방향으로 이동시키는 제1이송부(120)를 구비한 레이저 조각기에 있어서,
상기 레이저모듈부(110)는 가공용 레이저 외에 표시용 레이저를 출력하도록 구성되고,
제어신호에 따라 상기 레이저모듈부(110)를 Z축 방향으로 이동시킴으로 포커싱 위치를 조절하는 제2이송부(130);
상측으로 고정지그부(140)가 탈착되되 상측으로 돌출되며 상부가 확장된 형상의 제1결합돌기(153)로 이루어지는 결합부(152)가 일정간격으로 다수 형성된 컨베이어벨트(151)와, 상기 컨베이어벨트(151)를 일방향으로 회동시키는 종동로울러(154) 및 구동로울러(155)를 구비하는 컨베이어부(150);
가공소재를 임시고정하되, 하측에 상기 제1결합돌기(153)에 체결되는 제2결합돌기(141)와, 외부의 조작에 의해 상기 제2결합돌기(141)를 움직여 제1결합돌기(153)로부터 이탈시키는 분리부(142)를 구비하는 고정지그부(140);
상기 가공용 레이저를 통해 가공소재 상에 형성된 스팟을 촬영하는 카메라부(160);
상기 카메라부(160)에서 촬영한 영상을 분석하되 소재 미설치, 기준소재, 가공소재를 구분하여 형성된 표시용 레이저의 스폿 위치 분석을 통해 대상소재의 높이 및 상기 레이저모듈부(110)의 포커싱값을 산출하는 제1연산부(181);
전원을 공급받아 상기 레이저모듈부(110)와 제1이송부(120)를 제어하고 가공을 수행하되, 상기 포커싱값을 반영하여 상기 제2이송부(130)를 제어하는 제어부(180);
상기 컨베이어부(150)의 후부 상측에 위치하며 컨베이어벨트(151)에 결합된 고정지그부(140)가 이송됨에 따라 상기 분리부(142)를 조작하는 조작부(171)와, 상기 고정지그부(140)가 상기 컨베이어벨트(151)로부터 분리되면서 안착되는 안착부(172) 및 상기 안착부(172)에 연장되어 안착된 고정지그부를 후측으로 슬라이드 이동시키는 슬라이드부(173)를 구비한 회수부; 로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 공급 및 포커싱 기능을 갖는 레이저 조각기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 카메라부(160)에서 촬영한 영상을 분석하여 가공위치에 따른 가공소재의 위치를 촬영하여 기준위치에 대한 보정값을 산출하는 제2연산부(182); 를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부(180)는 상기 보정값을 반영하여 상기 컨베이어부(150)를 제어함으로 대상소재를 정렬 및 이송하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 공급 및 포커싱 기능을 갖는 레이저 조각기.
